Hi'ya and how's it going!! l friggin knew it!! ..............you've been hiding in Australia under the pseudonym "G.Forest" and stirring things up with "GlobalWarming" etc. Welcome back, just don't take the fact that Scurist'a are veiwed as it too seriouslly Cheers Van, (The Tenni guy)

Gawd!! l'm agreeing with Nogbad ..........and they are "pit tarts", call it for what it is! Tarts are tasty, and because they are only small, you can sample a whole variety, promotional models, are normally just window dressing, hollow interiors/non-working/available parts. Any of us who have ever ridden a bike fast, know that the level of skill required and the level of forgiveness between 2 & 4wheels are simply on a totally different level...Alonso has now firmlly moved himself into the PRAT catagory. However.... Honda let an 18yr old Nicky Haden and a 39yr old Michael Andretti swop rides a few years back. Nicky was pretty damn good for a kid in a very powerful machine, but Andretti was the best of the two when it came to comparitive times,so who knows l still think Alonso's a PRAT. Cheers Van

Ok? so l'm sure that this has been covered before but........l just got 4 relays from DESIGNTECH (very helpful, very fast, very inexpensive, and ...don't worry, send the $ once you get the goods) ok, so now l've got them, where do they go? standing next to the bike on the side of the relays, (throttle side) and looking down, reading left to right, the Siemens relays are #A302, A402, A402,A302,and A403....this last one is the only one with 5 pins,in a combo of 3 vertical pins above 2 horizontal pins, all the other Siemens relays are 4 pin, 2 vertical & 2 horizontal, So, which ones do l toss and why only 4 relays to change and not 5?? and yes, if l sound like an electrical dufuss, , it's 'cause l am So help!! Cheers van

Hi Jim ! How's it going after the wife's accident?? As l said before, glad to hear that she's ok, and now all you have to deal with is ICBC. You're on the right path, get info from the Buy & Sell, the Sun & Province, and also try the following, go to Toyota.ca , their web site has a link into the Canadian Black Book for trade in values, .....get into the site and just follow it to "VEHICLES" and then down the column to "Appraise my trade-in", that links you to the "Canadian Black Book" this is the "Bible" as far as ICBC is concerned as that is what they base their payouts on. You should be able to argue/convince etc them to pay out at least $3000.00 over the black book amount. Also at this time because your truck had high km's any receipts for new tires etc. help GOOD LUCK !! Cheers van

Oh fine!! hmmph !! talk about the 'ole double standards thing you complain about a few lousy seals, but then it's ok to nuke hundreds of poor defenceless little aphids, what with their pretty little gossomer wings and all, and all for what, a couple of pretty flowers, with lousy bloody thorns on them that are good for nothing, .....well except for having their petals scattered on the road by cute little kids, before a group of V11 Tenni"s to ride over............ Cheers Van

ROAD TRIP ! ROAD TRIP !!!! Hi all you Pacific west and wet coasters, l 'd like to make the ltalian car/bike day at Lonsdale Quay the start point for a little road trip, it would be just great to put the wind up all the Duck guys who think that they are "the" ltalian bike by having a dozen Guzzi's there. (Last year the Lamborgini guys really put the wind up the Ferrari blokes by pitching up on mass in a convoy of about 20 cars...fun to watch and listen to) the route from Van - Oysoyoos-RockCreek-GrandCoulee dam-Winthrop-Cascades, or the other way around is a great idea...did it with my son last year and had a blast!! it's JUNE 18th, Fathers Day who's in?? Cheers Van

Hi'ya guzzirider! all V11's are pretty rare l would think........very exclusive bikes don't ya know ment for us with refined tastes...... Seriouslly though, the Tenni are l believe the most limited of the V11 road bikes, at only 170 produced in a numbered series, all the special editions's of the V11 are pretty rare, there are a handfull of the track only MGS01's around in the hands of a lucky few, but l think that to find one used would be pretty much imposible, find any V11, bring it home, give it lots of love and attention, a good flogging every now and then and keep on enjoying the Guzzi experience Cheers Van

Ahhh! What price can you put on perfection? any chance of finding out what # Tenni it is?? Cheers Van

-
TRUE, BUT............. no matter what they do, they can't give you ltalian style and the feel of the thing, so ....who cares about the beef/lard... it's purdy it sounds right it's got ltalian design it's got ltalian design (read character) it's mine ! Cheers Van

It's simple really, ANYTHING BUT BLACK !!! you're right, why have a beautiful bike in primer?? and your "natural" cases are beautiful with ANY colour!! .......... l always thought that the un-painted cases were the best as they really bring out that big V11 !!, plus no black paint to bubble and turn grey Red is a colour that goes naturally with an ltalian machine, chrome yellow?? ....never seen one, but could be neat..........aww, what the hell, ANY colour is good, just not flat (matte) black Cheers Van

FANTASTIC !!! Congradulations !!!! Cheers van
