The word site is that I couldn't explain in the whole proposition. Basic Idea is that GPS saves time when visiting unknown places and that's all I needed it for. I remember when I went to Ghezzi Brian , it would take me hours of searching on the map to find the place because is out of route and the address wasn't so complete anyways. I can live without it it just saves me some time.If I want some adventure or know how to go quick where I want, I switch it off, no problem

Do you mean the Performance Bikes? How many days is it out, so I ll see if I track it down here.Interesting. Had the chance to see this bike live in a meeting in Germany in 2004. I didn't have the chance to ride it sertainly at a 50K Euros price was a bit expencive for me. Well it can be all worthy. Dunno what it would cost if it was a more mass production bike. But at least this is the answer to all that can think the the Guzzi motor is outdated and though ari-oil cooled it produces a healthy 143HP in this road version. Mr J. Hoffman and co at Dynotec have do it well with this one. Yes it had licence plates for road use too. Pics courtesy of my collection.

Well ,does anyone knows if these relays do also fit on my Sporti? I'd like to have some spares since they're so recomended.(and how many should I need?)

A bit too much as a fine for showing "up yours" to someone. Banned for one year + fine. People pay the govs and everything every day and these suckers come back for more with putting extreme fines and banning and so on. Yes these are symptoms of Nazi like attitudes on City-to-citizens relation. It happens all over the world nowdays more or less. What a shame. Money for nothing and whip the "slaves" once more ,to keep them heads down.

See? You don't even have to ride anymore to be an outlaw. 74059[/snapback] You don't have to ride at all on a H/D

Are these Patronas sponsored also from Foggy? Well the WSB (or earlier SBK) was more interesting to me because of the bikes that participated were these production designs. Moto GP can be exciting but wasn't as "touchable" as the WSB thing.

I use (or will use when the time comes) the K&N filter cleaning kit. for the BMC. As I have noticed one has to dust of gently with a brush any dirt on the filter and then wash with the solution and clean with water the rest. No kind of pressure has to be required while this will destroy the material and let dry in enviromentl temprature , without using any heaters ,ect.ect. for it. Before installing this BMC I have now I had badlly cared on the older K&N ussing pressure water or air for cleaning and the filter was damaged.(never oiled it either.) At the finnal stage the filter should be oiled and then it is ready. P.S.-edit. All acurrate description of maintenance is also found on the K&N charger kit containing the cleaning solution and the oil-liquid spray.

Here I have found some old archieves with some technical stuff about Gyroscopic effects ,vibrations on V twins and, cornering forces. It might as well be interesting for a short study It might not stay up for long enough so you might as well get it now. The_gyroscopic_effects.zip

What are the advantages or dissadvantages on using an 100Octane gas on the Guzzi?
-
I had an occasional pingin' when I had faulty intake valves. No more pinging after replacement.I runn a 95-98 Octane gas. And yes my milage is about yours but I have that concidered as a problem cause it used to be better (before and after installing the exaust) Obvioulsy mileage was, much better with original exaust set up (open crossover though) Now it ranges to 32-34 in town driving.Used to be about 39 and with the previus exausts about 44mpg. I guess it has to do perhaps with cold atmosphere conditions Read here. Perhaps global warming is good for the Guzzi .Let me do a few bur-outs to contribute to that
-
Here ia a Big bore 1MGS 1 converted to 2valve heads and more than 1400cc the official page is Here Guzzi engine is different on mods than a HD I guess. Dynotec Is also a company that is familiar with extreme Guzzi tunning. Once I rode a V11 of them with no special modifications(i.e.big bore) except twin spark ,exaust system ,and mapping they claimed it was producing a 100WHP

Ι second that (count third vote) for both Mistrals and Agostini's. And something more that perhaps you don't know about Mistrals. The people who make them are people who woked with Lafranconi for years , so I think there is some Guzzi know how and experience put into them AFAIK their models are made to substitute originals and fit Guzzis O.K. right out of the box. Agostini is simply Great.!! Cheers

No problem buddy, you're welcome any time you like.My regards to all war heroes. Drop me a mail and have some chat.
-
You bet!!!. Y'see I can't even get some slip ons on my bike. ,(hehe that was a nice one) No prob. everything O.K. here,my house is extra strong build although not many damages reported it was in a big depth under the bottom of the sea. Will let you know when I get them.
-
That is also my attitude on using only full synthesis motor oil, Since the company also suggsts it , they should know.
-
Yes ,well that verifys AFAIK after the machine has some Tkm on it's back is "open" enough to produce the HP that's capable of.

Everything has positive and negative features. But to write the positive features as negative in a "famous" magazine exposes downwards the fame of it. Simply beacuse it's a false review. But as I rightly most of the time have thought these were the so called "daily dirt" magazines concerning bikes ,with nothing more to show than "trendy" opinions. Yep , that's what I meant with the above It's so great the Guzzi doesn't find any place among them , it doesn't belong. Yes in this world everyone can just squeese his belly and oppose an opinion even if it isn't valid. And I don't care at all cause I have a mind of my own ,i.e. for that perticular subject I have "hard" tested the Breva in Mandello there's no compartion with a HD in any aspect. Truth is more importand than just "opinions" and in settled things like motorcycles and machines is more easy to find what trully good or bad is. Personally I find the German magazines(i.e.MOTORRAD)) more explanatory specially in technical terms and even when they may not have very positive coclusion on a perticular Guzzi model (comparing it with equal character bikes) they very well back it up and then of cource on can understand if he is willing to accept any of these "irregularities" when buying a bike.Seem to be more "unbiased" in their tests. And then you can really say yes that's an opinion about it.
