Check this offer out at Prodigium They seem to be having some in nice price. And a question for all , since a friend of mine was interested in these. Do they also come with the end top silencer tubes,y' know the ones that these fastening spring have to come into. The stock ones go with the pipes as one piece so it they have to go the new ones must have their own.Since I have never seen these appear on any Ti kit.

Well , you don't have to worry about that, if it can do the job it's O.K. It's only a couple of bucks there so if it works have it this way. And do you want to her something more? that's the age we're living now, why? the same goes with the electronics and so on -concerning who's making the stuff, it's mostly one company who deos it for many, just switching stickers on the brand tab. Do you want about materials? Let's take an example of a vital food ingredient. Olive oil,99.999% of what's on the market it totally worthles the money, they're mixed with other substances and they sell it as Olive oil.And you know something we're supposed to be eating this and not oiling engine parts. And I can tell the difference because I kind of grew up producing Original olive stuff. But the age and laws has forced all small business or private olive oil producers to close down. Not to mension other food as well but that's sth to worry about, so (at least for me) I'll save my worries about what I'll eat than the oil of the airfilter. Don't worry about it ,ain't worth it.

What do you mean??

The most money are on the programm , do you have a good navigation programm then you get persice navigation.iIt is also important to have a practical menu and easy to use options. The better would be to contact your dealer and ask for a demosntration on how every programm works. I have the NAVIGON and at my last Europe tour it was an extreme practical programm to use and very percise as well Saved me time and money, any other I can;t recommend cause either have not used or wasn't as good. The Garmin stuff are on their own class since they require ONLY the companies maps-programms and AFAIK they also cost a lot. I wouldn't mind worriyng about vibrations on my Pocket Loox since I shove it in the tank bag and have my occassional readings.Have installed it once on the triple clamp without any problems as well. To tell you the truth anither aspect that you can take into consideratiopn about the PDA is to have a readable screen regarless the light. This is a drawback on what I have since in direct sunlight the screenn is almost unreadable (I have to shade it with my hand on the occasional look I have to do)So that's not so good.

Wow this eaxaust in the above yellow depicted Griso fits to the style.

What do you think , isn't that K&N filter treatment stuff appropriate?
-
I'm afraid it is. And there's the same company that produces this filter material, can't remember now but I can tell latter. Affirmative

What's that??

Yep I know what you mean Dunno with the V11 but I had the chance to make the comparsion face to face with both bikes, yet they sound bassier and stronger on lower RPMs ('till 4000--4500)though on the "upper" side (4500RPM + on ) the Mistrals are louder, this is due to the frequencies as I said (perhaps from the aluminium) I remember having both bikes in a Dyno room and even with sound protective headphones on, these Mistrals were killers ... . The Termis were bit punchier. Perhaps if they'd be just about if they were both carbon but I can't tell. It's hard to explain sound with words and perhaps to a normal ear wouldn't be much difference,I mess with music so many years and I have different listening. And I do enjoy classical music These (and perhaps only these) Termis give a better performance for this bike than the Mistral set up (pipes+Xover) What I can tell is that the windows of my house tremble at about 50m distance when I am coming. Now Imagine 2xCorsas ( 1xTermi+1xMistral) going around open country and through villages. Yes we've done that already ,got them by surprise! Yes I have it on Video Can't wait to have these Termis, Is there any way to have all at the same time to me bike..

Well here's the warranty of the BMC it is suggested to use a BMC filter cleaner kit. (which is difficult to find in local dealers ) Here is also a link to a known Guzzi place where it sells it BMC cleaner kit I asked my dealer who also had the K&N s and suggested that the K&N cleaner -oil will be O.K. for the BMC's al well, dunno but as he explained it seemed that both are made of same quality of material and that K&N Oils will do no harm to it but instead.

Thanks pal, I just had heared how they sound since a friend of mine owns exact the same bike( with these on).I liked it.Right now I have these "racing" Mistrals, they too sound just as great and perhaps a bit more noisy since they have more midrange frequencies (). It will be hard to choose between , but hey, at least I'll have also the original set the factory intended for the bike and all that unused, for 300Eu , I could not resist.

Yep that's right and that helped me the other day to get one for mine.I just gave this number (164/01). This filter is also the same with the one that Gagiva Navigator 1000 has. The fit into the box is perfect .

Hehe Well anything I'll do it'd be after a 4-5month period where weather gets a bit better here over Europe and man can move around. Perhaps you should visit Daes Mototec and put a frond light in your Racer, he has done it already AFAIK he sold 4 of them or so (if I recall correct) . When I visited his shop I even got a chance to see it live I never mind about meetings,I see all those people looking with envy at my beauty Heh I just have also to mess around with my bike and ordered one of theseand this (and some other ) It seems that every time I put my hand into this bike it works better.I guess "she" doesn't like others' hands on her (and "she" showed me this) so I'll be doing it with the right tackle. Drop a mail and exchange some pics sometime.

I hear this all the time about debts, I mean gimme a break where the heck do they owe these money? Did they buy parts with most of them and build motorcycles? I don't believe that the most are for paying personel, because even then it 'd be outrageous if they didn't build bikes and just pay personel. So that can lead to question A and aske again if they build so many bikes , where the heck are they. ?? They sell rediculouslly few and are expencive though I think they may not be a compromise in quality. Debt debt debt and everybody owes to somebody , who is this somebody? O.K. The banks perhaps (one of the somebodys) that they have money, I mean our money, so they use our money to "buy" what they want. And before you say anything I tell you this: I wonder what would happen one day ( )if everyone went to the banks and withdraw all their account money.

I got carried away a bit and bought myself some of these These were the original Termis the bike had as extra when new and I didn't have them +they're new and got them in a supper nice price in ebay. Then again I added to the wish list one of this and one of this, and Santa is on his way to bringing them...every day I look after my door....

The last time I saw an MGS1 dyno graph was 125WHP , acceleration has to have a difference. Anyway having 2 Great Guzzis is always a treat since I would have a serious proble to chose which one to ride. Sound funny but that's one of the most basic reasons I got one.At the other point I perhaps don;t need another (at the moment). Quit all stuff that can bring you down by setting new targets and enjoy what you got.Been through all these or even worse but at the momment just prepare for a good new year time. I always liked new years eve with all this sampagne and lights and being with people of mutual appretiation , or even alone haveing a good look on achievments so far and going for more. Lost the arrangement to meet last Sept. but gladlly can do it another time

No problem I have to thank all for giving bits of experience in their answers. It's also time demanding to find correct threads through search that's why I posted this one.
-
Perhaps yes if it's doing it's job O.K. and without any problems.IF it's easy adjustable,is of good quality and bring as usable results as other product.

OK the you read the title , often hear about these PCIII'a and other stuff check this out TFI box.Seems like an "PC for dummies" thing ,easier to set up and perhaps more "clever" , it is made from the one who made the PC. Anyone had experiences with it??

What was finnaly the problem (if not the rectifier-regulator)

I read the test but there were a few points (perhaps contradiction) that I didn;t understand. 1.The air filter that had the lightest color was according to the test filtering better. How that can be since the more the "prticles" and dirt restricted then the more will remain on the surface so the darker the filter will be. 2.On the text under the 3rd hpoto is written "The climate here is damp during this time of the year and definitely not dirty or dusty." and then on the second paragraph before the end goes: " I live 90 minutes from full fledged rain forest and the soil here is black like topsoil. I guess I could take a picture of my white powder coated wheels turned black from road dirt if I had to" Anyway reading tests can be educative and that was an interesting read. Though what all these test perhaps lack is the long runs, It would be more accurate to see if and how well would filters filtrate after 5-6K km at least and the perhaps see what's the better in dirt filtration -airflow standards , but who does it?

And these could be good presents for your V11 lemans Present 1 Present2

Here is a resource I have on a twin spark motor. I have marked the position of the Oil-return hose.. P.S. Dunno if it has to be like this in your motor. How about this triple spark ignition thing? Is it working O.K.. I thought this is an 'aid" to be used if you don't have a twin spark convertion!!

Except this Fuel consump.problem , mine runs O.K. The timming chain (you mean this chain with the sprockets that move the camshaft , right?) has to be changed depending it's condition, usually it gets a bit noisy when is due to be changed. I have to take a look at mine, it isn't noisy but it will be sometime I think.

Thanks for your answer. In my parts book seems to be the same way, It was the workshp manual's pics that appear it to be a biit different. The diagnose female socket is always pluged in with a cover so no moisture gets there. the unpluged is the other sort circuited socket and it doesn't seem to have problem since a)doen't lead anywhere.B)I ussually cover it with some strong tape. Yep these sensors are the same and what will then happen if the air sensor is OK and the Oil (swapped to the air's position isn't?) But anyway I'll order 2 new ones (just to have some spares.) Yep I have stripped the threads already, sometime ago . I am thinking I'll have to replace the whole cover along with the sensor since I think there is no way of makining a new small thread,or if I could fill in the hole with that special liquid metal glue that stands temprature.
