  1. That looks good Jim,! Yes that sounds like a bargain you got there. Drop some more pics at my email. Καλοταξιδο και καλες βόλτες
  2. I know , I know. Thanks Jean for the advice If I don;t find a thing I seriously think to buy one wherever I find one, and keep the other as spare.
  3. I have heared about this wigglyness before, and I suspect, it is mostly cause of the "slower" geometry radius of the Michelin compared with the equivalent Metzeler sport tire, with it's faster geometry.
  4. This moto Spezialunit , have heared so many about it, is it really worth the "hassle" (if any) intaling it to the bike? WHat will I gain ,what will I loose?
  5. Qell have decided to get the Termi kit on to my bike, the problem was that the collars that fit the exhaust to the cylinders are MISING , badly enough I cannot get the exhaust fittet to the bike. Have contacted Agostini though there is a little or no chance to find this part. Anyone has any idea on how can I get these to fit, any patend or whatever clue would be apreciated and rewarded. Paul? Jean? Yea I am talking about the Termi kit that is made for the Corsa.
  6. TOO MANY> I recon. The first 15 days I had my bike there were 3.5K km done, and after that still going 60K km after 3+ years
  7. GUZZIS are born to wear Metzelers. Antonio, MGS are using them , so was also Dr John , in the older days, me too Is this a considence?
  8. Hallo Jean, there is always a strange phenomenon going on with these two: Italian and Electrics The lamp is going on and off now (seems the rectifier is getting used to do it's new place.) Dave, I am going to check these darn fuses as well
  9. Nice clue, though it seems it is charging.I have made a 100mile trip and the bike is still moving. Sooner or latter the original substitute will be on my door and I will put it on.
  10. I'd rather piss on it if it does this to me other time. Yep , that's very same , except on cable endings but , well that's what it looks like , bingo. Now tell me what kind of trouble should I wait for. I have ordered also one like the photo I posted which is exact the same as before.
  11. The M1 has gotten cheaper due to the substitute top Metzeler SS tire, the newer M3. Never got any type of behavior like you say on the M1, which was absolute neutral and sticky in all conditions.True , they wore out fast in 8Kkm but no deforming whatsoever.
  12. As far as the wiring goes everything is connected OK, I went to my electric Guzzisti workshop and he done it for me.There was only one 2xcable jack missing the one marked with red in the photo.
  13. Metzeler M1s are a very sticky tire you can trust. I recon the newest M3s are even better since they can give more mileage too. Rest on photo (but don't try this at home pls.)
  14. The event Yes , it happen even in the best families Happened to my Corsa yesterday as I was on highway with 110mph sudenlly fire popped out under the instruments . Flames were dancing up to the yokes plate. Emegrency switch to off and as bike dives a bit to the right, here comes a "train truck" which is avoided I pull out and the bike is still smoking. Yes she prooved to me she is SO HOT. But WTF it was the voltage regulator that was smoking. Was a bit upset but as well thinking of it was so funny as well to me. The fix Unpluged it went to the electric workshop and tried to find a new one to fix it. To make the long story short and after searching around this city doing 150km with a terrible AX1 I substituted it with one of the 916.( pricey though) Fitted to the bike as it has 2 yellow wires though that double cable was missing. And the red jack was there though The problem Well the only "problem" is that now I get the battery lamp on all the time. Though I have measured it and it at 3.4,5K rpm the voltage is at 14V at the battery, Question Should I worry? I mean I think it is charging and it works right. Any clues would be appreciated. Already ordered one same as before .
  15. The mistrals are made to fit each bike separately. Other for the 1100 i and other for the V11
  16. Well some people , don't the have other job to do than go to shops and peep on Guzzi sounds... On the street is better , go get the bike and rooooaaar it for real... I am switching to TERMIs soon from my MISTRAL. I cant wait for the STOMP !!!
  17. Yep that's it with the Tires 17 inch both . Though the back has a 70 profile and on the Daytona RS is a 60, it makes it smooth on corners when with he 70. Best tire for that IMO is the Z6 Metzeler, they do make it on 70 and it is quite sticky and in all conditions stable.
  18. What's it all about Antonio? Yet another boring comedy? I hope it isn't like this up there when I come. Are you listening?
  19. OMG , you can get arrested with this one for violating on spending money for PS than having a nice bike. That's my
  20. I would be glad to help if you have any specific questions about anything. My self got the corsa and after spending so many km with my baby there are so many thing I have learned about. Do also the tuning my self and have a couple of working open EPROMS developed. Sites give only general infos and my self could suggest the following www.agostiniduilio.com www.daes-mototec.de www.dynotec.de www.stein-dinse.de Congrats for the bike IMO is one of the most beautifull and diachronical Guzzis ever made. Hope it's a keeper for you.
  21. Why care , since you sold her.... do you miss her now Bad bad boy... should have known in the first place SHE IS A GUZZI always there for you, when you need it and when you take care of her
  22. I believe these questions have been asked so many times over here, how could you have such a thought? Just kidding. No difference in performance really.Since mapping gives you performance (when changing exhaust) As for looks goes , the carbon has the prestige on this one.
  23. Guzzis are "blessed" with character and they are alive..... And you don't get these from whatever else in this planet.... almost. Long live Guzzi
  24. Sunny all way here in Greece.Nice to relax, take a ride and...... you name it.
  25. Can't tell about a V11 since I don't have one but my Sport 1100i feels light.
