So Greg, should i change my halfords synthetic 5w/40 oil it has a SL rating. Gary Just checked my bottle of halfords standard oil from the previous oil change 10w/40 has a SG rating. Maybe go back to that then. much cheaper than agip 5w/40 that guzzi reccomend for the v11, £11 a litre!!!

Well i have finally sat on one , and my toes touch the ground, it looks good finish wise, but this one was displayed at a show and i think everyone was having a pull at the cubbyhole on the tank, when i was sitting on it a twat tried to open it, really pulling at it, i told him to stop but he pulled it a good 25mm at he front side before he let go, so that could be a weak point (or dont buy a ex show bike), also noticed a 4v white griso, they have small knee guards protecting the wires and gubbins around the cylinder inlets but the stelvio doesnt. So there is one already on the road up here, how many/any in darkest yorkshire Gary

Local dealer has got 2 stelvios in, only trouble is he has taken them to the scottish bike show and one is already sold, i should see them when they get back though, cant wait. Gary

the part no. for the complete unit for eu and usa is 32740510 for just the headlight lens (should be a good bit cheaper )32740410. I did see one on ebay a while back in someone in france was selling , no use to me obviously. Good hunting Gary

Well i have a new one, the headlight for a cafe/coppa/ballabio is the same as a breva 750, downside is it cost £130 delivered from motomecca, good side i had it in less than 24 hrs of ordering, who says guzzi parts are hard to get. Gary
