  3. Just got this months TWO mag and second page is a full page ad for . On p30 there is a article about piaggio and (sales rev. has doubled in the first half of the year to £28.2 mill and on target to sell 10000 bikes this year and break even next ) Then P41 Niall Mackenzie no less test rides the 1200S and quiet enjoys it. Whats happening, every month in every mag i read now there is a article are things changing for the better Heres hoping. Gary

Hi I am thinking of getting a tom tom rider (well it will be from the wife for xmas , she just doesnt know it yet)as the prices are dropping all the time, my question is has anybody here used one, is the mounting kit any good and is it affected by vibration i.e. shaky screen, have read a couple of good reports on the net but would like some opinions that i can trust Thanks Gary

  12. Hi turpin The owner may have bought and registered the bike in 04 but it isnt a 04 model, when you were bidding on that one(on ebay same time) did you see the ballabio (03 plate) it had ti exhausts, smooth engine paint and went for a good price (for the buyer). But this one might be ok, Gary

    I have decided against it, i found a light brown suede jacket in my wifes extensive wardrobe and had a cunning plan ( the had a few beers type of cunning plan)I wrapped it on my seat and promptly got jacket covered in copperslip, tar and some road crap Jacket hung up again, she,ll never know Gary By the way it is still on ebay uk with 1 day to go £39.99 plus £9.99 postage and no bids

Apart from HD there isnt many/any other manufacturer that holds a decent trade in value. you can buy a good harley IE fatboy and run it for a few years and get a good trade in or near enough your purchase price back, but even german/ jap bikes plummet. Buying american may be the thing to do for cheap biking.
