Hi, The bike needs its 6000 mile service and reregistered for its warranty in my name, jim allans is closest to me but i would go to motoeccosse if they are any good, I want to be sure that the mechanics are knowledgable and know what hey are talking about. Does anybody have any dealings with these dealers , good bad or avoid at all costs.

Whilst we are on the subject does anyone know of a good dealer in Scotland. thanks

to get back to rear wheel removal, got the wheel off using the advice posted there was a little rust round the drive cleaned all up and lubricated everything got a new tyre and fitted wheel so am now happy. went for a run now my speedo has quit. Where does the other end of the speedo cable go do i need to remove the tank .thanks for the advice for the wheel I am glad i took it of and cleaned up in there.

Hello there I am looking for some advice. My rear tyre is punctured and i need to remove the wheel,which seems simple enough except for the bit in the owners manual which says (position the rear transmission box so that its weight does not stress the joints on the angular end of stroke position as this could damage them) what does that mean do i tie up the trans. box up with a piece of string and what is the end of stroke position. Any advice would be appreciated before i balls up the job.

Well i have finally got out on the bike and just ignored the noise it makes when dis engaging the clutch. did a 120miles and was impressed, tried not to be paranoid about noises when riding but after i got home wandered about with a biggg grin. but who invented that sidestand!!

Hello, I need help i just bought my first guzzi and when I started it up and pulled in the clutch it had a pulsing /clicking type of noise , is this normal!!. Guy i work with said it is for these bikes but He just speaks to hear a noise The bike (v11) has done 5800miles.
