  1. A new Ohlins rear shock for those interested.
  2. My '03 LeMans shifts as smooth as my aprilia SL mille did. I've not experienced any problems at all. I've not ridden a jap bike for ages, but I did test ride a couple of new Triumphs (Daytona and Bonneville) and they were no better or worse.
  3. I'd bring along a hand gun - preferably in .45ACP caliber.
  4. I had my seat off and battery out while installing a new rear hugger. This thing fell to the ground, and I can't figure out what it is nor where it fits. The key is added for perspective. Any guesses? BTW, the LeMans won't start now. Ignition on, oil light only (no neutral light) no starter.
  5. Can this stuff be successfully shipped cross country? "Thirsty days hath September, April, June and November. All the rest are thirsty too, Except for him who hath Home Brew"
  6. Couldn't agree more. A very clean LeMans!
  7. I was thinking the same thing Bill . . . I said, "here's someone who is expecting the worst!"
  8. The best tasting beer has sediment floating around the bottle. When shopping for new imported brands in the store, I always hold the bottle up to the light to check for the sediment.
  9. Here's To Beer Beer is probably the greatest invention known to man. Too little is not enough, and too much is, well . . . too much.
  10. 106 in the Summer is a cold wave! . . . You may already have this prescott link. http://www.epfguzzi.com/
  11. I would not want to play the USA next, even if I were mighty azzurri. It was 1990, if I remember corectly . . . 1-0 . . . Italy was a much better team and the USA not as good as today.
  12. To what did you fasten it and with what? Looks good. Is it "high speed" secure?
  13. U.S. really stunk up the place. Beasley needs to have his ass planted firmly on the piine . . . no skill . . . no technique . . . no effort . . . deer in the headlights . . . Donovan, Reyna, and Johnson were the only players who showed any technique and skill. If these are the best players Arena can find, we are in a heap trouble boys . . for sure!
  14. Thanks Dan.

  19. World Cup Germany 1974 The Holland team, finalists at FIFA World Cup Germany 1974, during the national anthems. From left to right: Cruyff, Jongbloed, Haan, Keizer, Rijsbergen, Rep, Suurbier, Jansen, Van Hanegem, Krol and Neeskens. Six of them had come through the ranks at Ajax of Amsterdam, the famous 'total football' school established by Rinus Michels. My all-time favorite team . . . and player . . . World Cup Germany 1974 Johan Cruyff with the ball at his feet. The Dutch midfielder was one of the competition's star attractions. European Player of the Year in 1971, 1973 and 1974, European Cup winner with Ajax in 1971, 1972 and 1973, he registered 33 goals in 48 outings for The Netherlands. A tremendous organiser, Cruyff, along with Michel Platini, is one of those rare footballing greats never to have won the FIFA World Cup™.
  20. For all the U.S. V11 guzzisti who want to check out and ride the new "Ducati Sport Classics" check out THIS LINK for a participating dealer near you. I'll be in Coopersburg PA on Friday or Saturday.
  21. It's only eleven bucks and change guys for a whole year. I'm on my third consecutive subscription. There are several nice archived articles on V11s, and lot's of photos. Well worth the price of admission.
  22. Eleven bucks is cheap for what you get. There are a ton of photos, but I guess I could post it up if Jaap says it's OK. Not sure what is his "official" policy.
  23. Here's what the AF1 tank bolt set looks like in gold . . .
  24. Sounds like BigFoot country!
