True that! I remember going to a machine tool show in Chicago some 20 years ago. A company was marketing a 3D printer that worked by cutting sheets of paper, adding glue, and layering it upon the previously cut layer to make the model.
  3. The antitheft devices are displayed on either side of the gas tank.
  4. The motor in my Centauro creates a similar grin.
  5. Caution: To one with a hammer, everything looks like a nail.
  6. I have Odysseys on both my LeMans and the California. Had to replace the VR on the LM last weekend and the one on my Cali yesterday.
  7. Take a look at where the intake manifold rubbers connect to the throttle bodies. When mine backfired the force pushed the TB back and the revs went way up before I hit the kill switch.
  8. My fuel light came on today at 175 miles. I'm getting around 40MPG.
  9. I went the Fotoguzzi route with a little twist. I swapped sides with the base brackets that clamp around the fork tubes. This puts the stubs behind the tubes. After a little bit of rerouting the hoses and cables everything fit without needing any extensions. MPH does (did) sell the risers without the longer hoses for about half the price.
  10. On the Wildguzzi forum is a discussion about replacing the seals in the throttle body. Sorry if this is a repost. http://wildguzzi.com/forum/index.php?topic=40231.0
  11. You might want to take this opportunity to drill the cush drive segments to soften them up.
  12. If you are looking for suspension upgrades there is Todd Eagan, RacerX on this forum, at http://archive.guzzitech.com/ He's the Power Commander guru and I believe he also deals with exhaust upgrades.
  13. I remove the rear wheel. Much easier to get to that zerk with the wheel out of the way and the bike on the work stand.
  14. Done much riding in the rain? The transmission breather is on the back cover directly in line with water thrown by the tire. Edge on this board made some 'Edgeguards' to prevent this. As has been already mentioned, drain and refill.
  15. I use a Mobil M1-102 filter in my Guzzis.
