Sold my Scura a couple of months ago to someone who is a member here.he e-mails me 2 or 3 weeks later and tells me the Ram clutch is toast.I replaced the oem clutch @ 28000km just in time before it grenaded itself.The bike has now got 62000ish km.That means 34000km out of a $1200AU clutch.All I can say is,What a shit clutch.It also makes me feel like a rite prick.I thought the Ram was bullet proof? No Orson,I'm very happy with it,I've put 62000km on the bike trouble free thanks to this forum.I think I need a duel purpose bike @ this stage so I can do some dirt with the buds. The bike sold the other day to a mate on this forum,He already has a Greeny and a Caly,so I know the bike is going to a good home, and one I 'm sure I can go and see any time I want. I will buy a Guzzi again one day but for now I will have to do without.My loss Cheers Mark

I went to PI to see the first round,The RSV4 sounds the goods and so does the M1.Great to see live,It was my first time.

The 2001 model seem to be different than 2002.My spindle is the same diameter right through.My mates Rosso that I have been ridding for a few days is not.Mine slides right out,his you need to bash out,{for the want of a better word}.

I use rubber grease,I think that would be all right.

So then did Roper change your needle bearing?Mine is stuffed,thinking of replacing it with nylon bush.

Hay Nige, how'd you go getting that needle bearing out of your bevel?did you press it out.?
