  1. farking Kiwis... what? OHHHHH Docc, dont you be getting me going on them there 'god damn' yanks... hey tell ya what we could all hook into the Iti's aye?
  2. ... wana compleat the sentance? cos it makes no sence to this half wit... farking Ozzy's... what? I know Im tied been trying to stop 300kg Lions waltzing down the foot path with Jo public (snow storms farken me week up) but no bastard's making sence tonight...
  3. Just be aware that using full synthetic comes with certain risks- Wont read all that cos Ill proberly agree, or easier put a big thumping twin will mash that fancy syn shit to a pulp, I never said anything cos the topics been done to death many a time...I as said run a semi syn... altho at times I think the old dyno goo would be the best way to go.
  4. If ever MG have a relay blow its the fuel pump, lights etc one... way to much load for just one relay IMO. Odd that a V11 to do it tho, was more a sport issue. Check earths out and even add more, other wise a beter quality relay than the origional.
  5. The GPS is what I use and is what MG NZ reconmend, oddly they reconmend the full syn for run in then back to the semi. Im suprised so many use a full syn in our old plodders...where bouts are you in NZ?
  6. haha, funny... a yank hasling Harley
  7. Did you have a bike inbetween? I sold a 1100i sport and had a VTR1000 for two years, spent heaps on it changing it around, brought the nero and it came to me that no mater what I did to the VTR it wouldnt be a Guzzi.
  8. Na they aint loud mate, I had a x over under the bike aswell so the big box muffler was gone aswell... not loud just a lumpy sound, If ya wanted to you can get some end pulgs made up reducing the end hole size and a short pipe going back into the can. We have 6monthley warrent checks, luckly most cans brought into NZ dont have 'race use only' on them.
  9. Man... If anyone needs to ask why ya like a Guzzi then, well thay wont understand even if ya tell them. Yeah all the above, and I tell ya what on paper 82hp aint much at the rear wheel but there aint much that gets past me in the hills if anything LOL. As for you guys woffling on about RD's I have two a race only 350 worked and in Jap colours and a road going black 250 stock that the missus races... yep awesome bikes, over here the YPVS bikes were called RZ and IMO even tho way more powerfull they aint the same fun to ride.
  10. I had the alloy cans on my sport, 100,000km later an they still look liked new, duno bout ya euro specs but mine were well open and not that loud but had the mintest sound possable.
  11. interesting so whos got a helical photo to post up?
  12. Is that a straight cut or helie box you show there?
  13. looks like you have the right tools for the job... a big fark off shifter and 2 hammers ;-) The guy that brought my 97 sport (injected with straight cut box) at 90.000 odd k replaced the box with one from a SP or like.
  14. WOW... in 1st gear, good effort.
  15. thanks guys... but I cant seem to be able to navagate the site well... I find no pans?

Iv noticed some nice belly pans (chin scoops or what ever ya call em your part of the world) like the black v11 on the home page... how about some photos, brands, costs and were to get... wouldent mind one Im thinking.
  18. fark... its up to $4800, thats a bit in that condition... to much for a BEARs race bike for me LOL

  20. LOL, ya answered ya own question, yeah Guzzi, a bargin bin special every bike, asembled by drunken vino piza eaters, love em or hate em... me the later, curse em every time ya ride em, park em up each time looking forward to the next ride... farking Iti's Mines a 04 a nero corsa, only one down under that I know off, having said that I havent seen one dressed like yours either but I know the model. and ummm... its not morning its bed time, catch up will ya
  21. ya still a farking pom tho and whats with the name? not a bloody ginger nut to I hope...Is your 04 a std black job? Darryl D
  22. farking poms... 140 there ya go 40mm is quite a lot, add a beefed up swing arm and you can see why things are wider. mate, there was no need to take offence like you did to my 1st post, none was intended, honest.
  23. Ya quite right, even tho with the 180 there is 15mm clearance which is a lot, I would a thought the calie's of the same year to have worn the same size? maybe Dazguzzi (if hes still speaking to me, note to self not to take the piss with her, umm him cos hes a little straight n stressed) could answer that as he has both bikes?
  24. yeah? mate you seem to have a shit on with my post? whats that about... you own a MG not a german shitter, so stand behind the beast and look at it... obvious aint it? yeah? yeah yeah.. the shaft and swing arm hang further out on the right cos yeah, well yeah there aint one on the left I make no opoligys if you dont consider me civil.
  25. aye what? both should be on the inside righty does stick out further tho, kinda obvious why when you think about it yeah?
