Sorry for the cross-post, but I figured I'd try here too since some of you may not frequent the Wildguzzi site, but still may know about this guy. Thanks in advance for any information.

I didn't want to have to post this - but maybe he reads this forum and will finally respond to me.
Have any of you had dealings with Tom Kneubuehler? He runs the "motoguzzishop.com" website that contains Big Daddy's Workshop.
Big Daddy's Workshop actually has some really nice "how-to" stuff on it complete with instructions and plenty of pictures. I had used some things I learned from there on the V50 III, so I felt like I should give him a bit of business as a thank you by buying a few things through his site. Just some metric feeler gauges and ball-end hex wrenches... could have gotten them anywhere at a shop near me, but decided to go through him... just because... no biggee, right?
Well, I ordered these things and paid for them on June 27th.
Long about July 11, I realized I had not received the items. I checked my PayPal account and the the payment cleared on the date of purchase. So I emailed him using the email listed on his website and called him using the phone number listed on his website asking if there was a problem with the order, if he the order was being held up - whatever.
No response to the call or email.
So I emailed him again on Monday, July 23, requesting he rectify the situation -- either refund my PayPal account or send the items, or just tell me something about the transaction. Nothing.
If you know him or know how to reach him - please have him contact me. I would much rather resolve this issue amicably, show everyone it was just a harmless error -- he got too busy or WHATEVER -- than make a huge stink out of it.
But, probably due to the nature of what I do on a daily basis, I have a hard time just shrugging my shoulders and walking away when I give money to someone for something specific and and those things don't show up.
Since I STILL had not heard anything from him today, and a month has gone by since the date of purchase, I have posted a dispute regarding the transaction on PayPal and am awaiting his response. If I get none, it will go to a claim, in accordance with PayPal protocol... but again - I would much rather just talk to the guy and find out what went wrong with the transaction and wash my hands of the situation...
Like I said -- he has some good "how to" stuff on his website, and I am very appreciative of that. But I don't like to throw away money.
