Thanks much... be sure to read the top paragraph here; http://www.guzzitech.com/PCIII-15M.html Ryland3210, be happy to get your straightened out. I just spent the last two days in Vegas at DynoJet, and there is some exciting news coming early next year for all of us, including the newest Guzzis.

Tenni #126, thanks to you and all those like you in combating the SoCal fires. I moved way from N San D. not too long after the '03 fires, and now live in Santa Monica. While no where near the scale of the SD fires, the Malibu fires caused evacuations of many good friends, and a fortunately only a small handful lost homes/property. Amazing during, and afterwards to see. The adrenaline junky side of me wanted to jump in to help. Let me be the first to officially send you a big welcome to SoCal Guzzi. Since no one here has yet mentioned... the MGNOC SoCal Chapter; SoCal-Guzzi.com has had a very solid group the last few years. Come out and enjoy the ride with us once you are settled. Look forward to riding with you once you "land" down this way again.

Thanks David. No, there is no "warm up time" needed on the 5.5s. They work equally as well (arguably considerably better) then stock immediately, and they are engineered for the pads that are in your 4-pad calipers.

http://www.guzzitech.com/ http://www.guzzitech.com/ http://www.guzzitech.com/ http://www.guzzitech.com/ http://www.guzzitech.com/ Getting the message? Here go; http://www.guzzitech.com/turnsig-brim.html -- cost was closer to $15 last I bought them. If you find an online source, please post it here. Clutch lever; http://www.guzzitech.com/store/Brembo-Store.html - I can get nearly anything to you that is in stock at Brembo N.A. within a few days. Ping me direct e-mail for quickest reply; Todd>at -
You won't warp these 5.5mm true full-floaters, and they have user replaceable friction disks; http://www.guzzitech.com/store/Brembo-55FFRotors.html

That I am. Third set now. Nearing the 200k Guzzi mile mark since '00. 127k on Mad-Max Jack.

For any/all Brembo parts/new (pads, calipers, master cylinders, etc.) or upgrades needed, be happy to be of service; http://www.guzzitech.com/store/Brembo-Store.html I've used EBC HH for many years racing, however I haven't in the last several, but the last set I ran was very hard on the Brembo friction disks. Running Brembo pads on Brembo rotors has proven best bet... and unless Greg can give you a better price of $42/per disk on the EBCs, I've got the Brembo pads in stock. Feel free/please ping me direct. As robbiekb (formerly of SoCal, now in NorCal) stated, "Todd's current Jackal upgraded Brembo set up makes a mockery of the V11S set up, even with my 'upgraded' non-Brembo rotors and pads..." Forgot to link this from 10.26.03; http://www.guzzitech.com/Brembo-Upgrades-Todd_E.html

The 1.5M "chip" is in/onboard and not replaceable or easily reflashable. The old chip burn guys won't be of much help with the 1.5M. I recommend two options: 1. PCIII; http://www.guzzitech.com/PCIII.html 2. Or or if you have plenty of time and money to tinker, you can always go the Direct-Link route; http://www.guzzitech.com/store/TR-DirectLink.html I have no maps per se for the Direct Link, whereas I have over a hundred for the PCIIIs. Feel free to e-mail me direct for any additional questions; Todd>at

You mean like those pictured below? The right side slip-on should (finally!) start shipping next month. Left side shipping now. All details & dyno chart here; http://guzzitech.com/PHPBB2/viewtopic.php?t=514 Right side slip-on: Left side slip-on:

I thought I'd try here first to see if anyone needs a set of '03+ (43mm) fork seals and dust caps. $15/per x 4 = $60 -- brand new. If no one here wants them, off to FleBay they go. I am now a Marzocchi dealer and get most any part needed for OEM Marzocchi forks... seals, internal parts, etc. Ping me direct e-mail if interested; Todd>at

You might be in luck if you want a set of my stainless headers as seen here; http://guzzitech.com/PHPBB2/viewtopic.php?t=264 -- KiwiDave (GuzziGander.com) is in town for a few months, so if you're not in a big rush, I'd imagine he might be able to bring a set back for you. Let me know via direct e-mail if you're interested; Todd>atat

Timely post. I am now set up to offer all HyperPro products. I can offer a spring kit (front and rear) for the V11 Sport folks (discounted if you mention this thread); http://www.guzzitech.com/store/HyperPro-FS.html Watch for all the rest of the products (mono rear shocks & steering dampers) linked on the main page at GuzziTech.com in the very near future.

It is... and I am seriously contemplating the concept, though along the lines of AMG for Mercedes. Upgraded everything; wheels, suspension, brakes, with even more options, etc. Thing is, what would I sell, one or two? Price on the new one ain't gonna be cheap MSRP. Add all the goodies and I suspect it will push $25-30k USD to do one right, to retail. How many buyers are out there?
-
Like a Kompressor Griso 8V. Yep, will be working on one, the minute I can get my hands on one.
-
Not normally, if you use spec'ed pads on the correct rotors, you should get just as many miles, if not more. The 5.0mm snowflake Brembos are the next step from the roundhole 4.0mm stockers. The 5.5mm FF SL's offer user replaceable friction disks, read you replace them, not the whole assy/carrier.
-
We're saying similar things... Quote from Brembo N.A. (they're blocks from my house) they use "advanced metal matrix rotors." They do not use straight/traditional cast iron any more.
-
As Paul states above, iron is a thing of the past... see paragraph 2 here; http://www.guzzitech.com/Brembo-Upgrades-Todd_E.html Otherwise, bling rotors such as the wave dealios are cool for bonus points at your local squid hangout -- but if you want serious stop power, this is just about the best, IMO; http://www.guzzitech.com/store/Brembo-55FFRotors.html -- 5.5mm full floating street/track rotors. I've been running them for @6 months on street and track with great results. Add the radial 19mm m/c and 4-pad calipers, and you simply have one of the best brake systems available today... one finger braking at any speed. The 5.0mm snowflake rotor continues to be a good upgrade to the stock 4.5mm's as well, with the rest here; http://www.guzzitech.com/store/Brembo-Store.html Yes I'm a Brembo dealer, and yes I can get just about anything Brembo for you. Don't mean to step on Greg's toes, as he/M.I. are supporters of GuzziTech.com -- thanks Greg!

Folks, this past weekend the SoCal Guzzi group had a great camp out, (thanks to DLaing and Lex of this board for thier attendance) and as a souvenir I am offering these laser-etched marble coasters as shown below for $20/per, $75/4 or more of a discount for 5+. I can offer either design below. These are a small taste of what's to come for the MGNOC National Rally here in 2008. Please e-mail me direct (preferred) or PM me with your order; Todd>at Actual coaster from the Campout:

Thanks David. All details here; http://socal-guzzi.com/PHPBB/viewtopic.php?t=762 If you have any logistical issues, please PM/e-mail me direct on the above webboard. Hope to see you there. -
They'll come with plugs in the bungs. Almost a rhyme there eh?

Age old/tireless debate... but I can tell you that even a stock bike will benefit hugely from proper mapping. I sell both the PCIIIusb and am offering a trade-in ECU reflash option by TR Direct-Link, which I also sell all TR products now, including VDSTS (diagnostic/reset software package for $195). GuzziTech.com for details. All of you New England guys should check in on; http://www.geocities.com/mgnoc_mass/ -- Tell Tom I sent you. SoCal-Todd -- former MGNOC Mass Rep

Folks, we're shipping our first orders of V11S headers. Our split-free V11S headers are $300/pr + shipping. Contact me direct if you are interested in a set; todd>atWe are *NOT* doing a front x-over set-up, as the dyno has proven it a worthless/additional labor/cost. These are all-new construction/tubing. 02-sensor bungs (replacing the small stock threaded openings) are $20/per extra -- used for PCIII (or equal) mapping these days.
