  1. What part of Wisconsin?
  2. not MPH risers but same idea, I was able to use stock cables with an extension on the brake hose.
  3. Hasn’t needed addressing. Neither has the common bubbling case paint issue. I think this is one of the “good ones”. This one is no. 603, so one of the later ones produced. If it has the single plate clutch it will.. just a matter of when..
  4. When I had a Lemans and a Bassa that was the main fix! and after the fix I scoffed at the Power Commander as a fix.. it really made my bikes superb, smooth idle and crisp pickup off the line.. I used the old VDST .. had to partition my Mac to have a windows XP OS just for that.
  5. has the single plate clutch been addressed?
  6. Mine did that from the timing cover seam.. I just lived with it since the level never went down on the dipstick.
  7. There are two good uses for a greenie. 1. Turn it into any other color. 2. Sell it. you might be color blind. so, you can paint your Greenie GREY.. it will look good, to you..
  8. or for a grand less I could get this right in my neighborhood . but it's red.. so don't worry my Boston Whaler is clogging up the garage right now.
  9. drool.. if you were around Minnesota I might get tempted to try a lowball offer...
  10. SCORE for the bush pig!
  11. looks like a Tonti frame so any old T tank might fit.. I'll stick with the fuel level sensor.. OP, I "might" have an old sensor you can use to plug the hole..
  12. A pic would be worth a thousand words.. sounds like low fuel sensor hole.. what bike do you have a V11 or older Lemans?
  13. thoughts? way better than an old HD.. just get one..74 Eldo with disc brake.. best.. but never sell the V11, what's your problem ? we can fix it. or sell to me cheap..
  14. any square fin 2 valve rocker covers will fit. so from the Cal2 thru the last EV..
  15. you can download an app such as Screenflow to save the video from youtube or anywhere else.. Screenflow wants $129 but you could use the free trial and see if you like it.
  16. Voice, Guitar and 3 puffs on a harp.. I probably already posted this. there's BD ...and then everyone one else.. "While one who sings with his tongue on fire Gargles in the rat race choir Bent out of shape from society's pliers Cares not to come up any higher But rather get you down in the hole that he's in" sound like anyone you've seen on TV?
  17. how much? what part of Canada?
  18. who would you race? other Guzzi's or a Harley? otherwise you loose don't ya?
  19. link now goes to an Eldo with (from the add) INCLUDES LIFETIME POWERTRAIN WARRANTY. wonder how factual that is?
  20. might try asking at wildguzzi.com, it's a broader audience over there.
  21. So during those long cold winters in Minnesota your battery does just fine in the spring? My garage is heated.. It's really nice on those days I must to use a car (pre-warmed) because it's sub-zero outside, so I have not used a tender for years.. and fully expect my DR to start on Jan 1 for the I-cycle derby (it's been going on continuously for 69 years) I have 3 or more tenders on a shelf if I ever need one, they came with bikes I've bought. hardly any snow last year, 9 above zero in 2011
  22. If the charging system on your bike is working properly (keeping the battery fully charged, or nearly so), then using a tender all the time is not necessary and can actually get you into trouble. It will pretty much insure that your bike will start every time......when at home. When you DO reach the point where your battery is worn out, however, it will start at home but then won't at the other end of your trip. It is MUCH better to have the weak battery show up at home rather than out on the road. Unless your charging system is not working right or all of your rides are really short, constant use of a tender does little or nothing to extend your battery life.
