  3. Thanks for the suggestions Roy. 02 Scura (It is visible to others in my profile, yes?) Dont know if it blows when pressing button or just riding down the road, just go to use it and it's not there. Could I use your light bulb tester in lieu of a HL lamp? Thanks
  4. Ive blown a couple turn signal fuses over the last several years and two in the last couple months. What would cause this, and where/how to trouble shoot the circuit.Everything else works normally. Thanks Michael

  18. I use medium thread-lock on all items that need to be removed at some point for maintenance, except spark plugs and exhausts . I'm curious why so much rust.Denver's pretty dry.Do you commute with it?Let it drip dry after a rain or wash? How many miles? I live in the Northeast(so all kinds of conditions) and on a 1/2 mile dirt road,so it can get muddy and I wash it with a hose. After disassembling last year I had very little rust.I did install an Edge-Guard that protects the shock and inner swingarm area while I had it apart, and mine looked at lot like yours when I pulled it apart.Do a search,if he still has any it would be a good time to install.
  19. Have you see Kiwi Roy's test point diagram? Mine may not be updated but here it is. Yup,sounds like something is loose, check battery connections if you haven't already. Test Point Layout August 18 2010(2).pdf Guzzi Wiring - Simple.pdf
