Check voltages, especially charging at some rpm, for excessive voltage suggesting a failed regulator.

I do not recall the TPS, wiring, orientation, or wire colors changing over the V11 range. Is that N/Vi (black/violet) positive and Vi (violet) negative valid for the later V11 (LongFrames) as well?

From the "Decent Tune-up" . . . Black/purple (N/Vi = nero/viola) is positive and purple/ violet (Vi = viola) is negative. (Caspers breakout harness pictured along with my former "back probing" pins):

Yes, the 2003-on Rosso Corsa are long frame V11 with the long tank (internal pump/filter) and the LeMans faring with the checkerboard graphics. And Ohlins!). @MojoFuzzi's Rosso Corsa The 2001 Rosso Mandello is a special edition first generation Sport with short (black) frame, short tank (chin pad with external pump/filter), and a carbon fiber "flyscreen" (fork mounted). @Guzzijens's Rosso Mandello If you leave a Rosso Corsa and a Rosso Mandello in the garage too long without adult supervision, a Ballabio could be the outcome . . . @Steve S's Ballabio

I just had an 18 SEER, 2 ton, SAMSUNG mini-split installed in an 850 square foot garage with a twelve foot ceiling. This has completely transformed the space into something that can be used to work in or play music, including keeping sensitive string instruments there. -

I just sourced Saint-Gobain Tygon tubing (F-4040-A) for a short length of reservoir hose. Looks like I should have gotten Tygon 2375 for this application . . .

Thanks, gst! I have always done the press lever/pedal->open bleeder->close bleeder-> release lever/pedal->repeat/repeat/repeat. So, just open the bleeder and let the fluid drain into a catch can (or use the vacuum pump) while keeping fluid in the reservoir?

When gravity bleeding (flushing), or using a vacuum pump, is the master cylinder chocked open?

What color starter cover, Dave? Last OEM turn signals I got from MGCycle (your Wisconsin neighbors!). Joe Kenny makes a brake pedal that won't snap off, but I like the one from HMB Moto (Germany) better . . . Yet, I cannot find anything from Joe Kenney online now.

Yes, Piaggo made this (paraphrased) declaration early on : Aprilia = racing Moto Guzzi = travel Vespa = lifestyle Piaggio = urban/commute I, for one, was relieved, and am good with that. Hopefully, some sort of "Sport" / "LeMans" will still be in the offing. I mean, how could the marketing department resist?
