  1. The "J" are physically larger, but still fit in the relay rack? Three high current OMRON failed in the same position (#5)?
  2. r3datom9, Maybe a thread in Classifieds on the Greenie's description and parts availability?
  3. Yeah, yeah: Oatmeal Cream Pie in a jug!
  4. I just had to (re)post this image of sp838's cockpit. Meraviglioso!
  5. I mean, come on: CRCThrottle Body Cleaner and an entire case of Oatmeal Cream Pies!

    Fuel Tank Bolt

I use a nutty stack of fender washers and rubber spacers to try and lift my tank a little off the side covers. Yo, bbolesaz, let us know when you've got the beer and we'll be there to get your tank back on . . .
  7. Oh, you mean that slippery, glistening, almost-never-seen-green!
  8. I think I found a reasonable rival to my silver V11 Sport!
  9. Neat. I doubt any of those made it to the US. (unknown) My Sport is a March 2000 build. I guess the other injected SpineFrames do also have the plate fitted (100 Sport-i, Centauro, Daytona) [?]
  10. All the red frames have the bracket welded to the frame (perhaps the Rosso Mandello?), but have you seen them with the actual plate fitted connecting the frame to the gearcase?
  11. I don't think any TechSession will top this one (SSR XII 2016):
  12. Yeah, I see that on Page 24: "Plate" 01 20 2830 I wonder if these plates were actually ever fitted to any SpineFrame with fuel injection?
  13. The gearbox brace was a feature on the carbed Sport1100. No idea if we've confirmed that it is still fitted to the injected 1100Sport-i (??) AFIK, no V11 was ever fitted with the mid-frame brace. [edit: @luhbo, in Germany, reported a very early V11 Sport with the mid-frame brace.] (For that matter, were they fitted to the Daytona, the Centauro?)
  14. The ECU case ground commonly gets loose. Certainly, the main ground (earth) to the gearcase behind the seatlock has gotten a lot of attention (and should!!) Hard to get the smoke back in the wires!
  15. Scud just posted a reminder on his frame thread that it is much more difficult to get to the later V11 slaves because of the cross bracing in the lower rear subframe.
  16. Do you have some images of the insides? Was it dirty or greasy or corroded inside?
  17. I talked a big game about going to Bald River Falls this year, but never made it. Thanks for posting this image: *Meraviglioso*!!
  18. Okay, okay, so . . . I "know a guy" . . .
  19. I love Loops. Just love 'em . . . Can't help myself . . . But, it's just an *idea* for me. I've never ridden a Guzzi without a Spine.
  20. RIP Don Williams . . . Livin' on Tulsa Time!
  21. ol' docc needs to write ol' Geno a note! + =
  22. Pat's a top-notch guy!
  23. Oh, seriously . . . thanks for posting this! Maybe you can get gstallons to come east a bit. I'm a bit too far south to pull that off this weekend. Tish'minga, Mis'sippi is more in striking distance for me. Even though I'd have to abandon all hopes of *hot showers and flush toilets . . . ."
