  4. For the 6 amp EnerSys charger? (I could see that for my 10 amp *car* charger, but it has its own clamps built in.)

  6. I thought you could pull the starter apart by removing the two nuts on the very back of the can, then slide the can off?
  7. Replaced my 8 1/2 year old Pro-Grip SuperBike grips (Made in Italy!). The fine threads of the bar-end weights is a great place for the liberal use of anti-seize thread lubricant!

  10. Made up a really solid, 10 amp fused, connection cable for the charger. The one that came with it was (obviously) crap.

Well, I can't find the Running Light (park) wires in the left handlebar switchset (took it apart and gave it a clean/lube), or any kind of *junction block* inside the switchset (or whatever that thing is in the diagram). Not sure where the Running Lights get their redundant feed from the Relays, but it's good to know it is there. Perhaps the representation on the Manual's wiring screamatic is for the "Euro" switchset that allows the headlamps to be shut off?

  15. I stopped taking a plug fastener in and out of my intakes for throttle body balancing after I stripped one and returned to the brass taps and rubber caps.
  16. Unknown. I believe it is longer enough to replace both angle drives. I've not heard of anyone using the bent-tube on the Veglia. I *assumed* the cable changed when the gauges changed, but maybe Guzzi started fitting them to Veglia?
  17. Looking over Moto Murphy's 2002 red/grey LM, it has the later "bent tube" speedo cable instead of the expected angle drives common to the white face Veglia. Did Moto Guzzi change this cable system with the change to black face ITI gauges or sometime in 2002? Or perhaps the previous owner changed his? Anyone out there with white face Veglia and a bent tube cable?

  20. After enough coffee, that read helps make sense of the physics of LED lighting and why there will likely be a "driver chip" involved. The tail light LED unit is spectacular. And self contained (no external driver, no fan). I hope we can source something similar for the headlamp, but suspect that the desired color and output will typically require the driver and fan.

  24. Are the circuits crossed here, in the left hand switch between the dimmer and the Running Lights?
