I've never been very fond of the "Form Follows Function" aesthetic of the MPH risers. I suppose they would just "disappear from the eye" after a time . . . The Mototec are very elegant, on the other hand . . .
  2. I am using GuzziDiag V0.47 with Mac OS 10.13.6 (Kind of afraid to upgrade the guzzidiag version since what I have "works" . . . )
  3. Hmmm, that's an odd one. Never heard that before. For sure the Run/"kill" Switch is on and the clutch lever being pulled in?
  4. Interesting to see just how early-on these springs were discovered to be problematic. Final solution became @Chuck's expertly designed spring available by dropping @Scud a Message through the forum system . . .
  5. There is another way to set the CO directly in the EEPROM that @Meinolf has showed us. I will look for the post. Otherwise, why would your bike not start? Does it make a click or whir at all?
  6. I wish the sound quality were better, and there were fewer ears in the view, but real music being made. "Don't let me down ", y'all . . . Maybe best crowd refrain, ever . . .
  7. Topic title change to show V11 relevance . . . Thanks for sharing your solutions, @Pressureangle and @Lucky Phil
  8. A new record for negative CO !
  9. Downloaded the correct FTDI driver?
  10. No relay for the ignition switch, IIRC.

    Wheels

Hi, Max! Yes, the wheels interchange. I have even seen a 180 mounted on the 4.5" rim, but it looked mighty "pinched." I hope you'll keep us up on the build!
  12. *moderator edit: Trying to figure out where a Quota thread belongs . . . . Leave it, move it, "Special Banter?" . . . .
  13. Where would our San Fransisco and vicinity crowd do a "SpineRaid?" Modesto? Sonoma? Sonora? Mariposa?
  14. Yeah, the six I got from EFIconnection shipped for $24US. Six (with the grey connector) from customconnectorkits would be $16. More SpineRaid swag . . . "Get There. Bring Tools." ( and parts ) ~ Y'all come, now! Ya hear? ~
  15. Then there is this . . . From that same source the 12162281 black connector is $3.55 each, the grey 12162280 is 99¢ . . . We're only after the seal. Get the grey! https://www.customconnectorkits.com/12162280/
  16. Yes, sorry, not all of my edits came through. Corrected now (the wrong number is a two wire). 12162182 is the black connector/ green seal, 3 wire. The 12162280 you linked is grey, but correct. And BEST PRICE of all! As always, I just just be more patient before making the order for parts. @Speedfrog will nail it down!
  17. Agreed. I feel confident we have identified this connector. It is still strange, to me, that the main cavity sea is not available separately, but such is often the matter of "manufacturer's assemblies", as @audiomick so noted. CaspersElectronics was so prompt and courteous, offering to send me a seal off of one their connectors. I just could not accept as I have ruined these seals myself, unknowingly, with the Caig DeOxit. There is a broad mix of connectors on our V11. There appear to be TE "AMP" SuperSeal, rectangular ("AMP" ?) that are not "SuperSeal", bullet connectors, ring terminals, spade connectors, and certainly this one Metri-Pack . . . Is there an Italian phrase for "what have you ?"
  18. Yes, our TPS connector is shown on page 76 of that document as an "assembly" including the female connector with the cavity seal in place. C Part No: 12052641 (Black/Green Seal) Description: Connector Assembly 3F

    fuel efficiency

Simple enough to push an incandescent bulb back into the Fuel Level socket and see if it lights as expected . . . Here is a post by our illustrious @Kiwi_Roy declaring the LED will need additional resistance to function with the thermistor:
  20. I dunno. All of the other components are available separately, including the individual wire seals. Once in hand, I intend to "start a new topic" related to seal failure and the concern over using connector treatments, specifically our beloved Caig DeOxit®. [edit: Thanks, again, to @PJPR01 for the heads-up on the swell/tear issue . . .] [edit2 June 20, 2023:

    Diagnostic Cables

That could be a security/firewall setting in your OS. See if you can navigate to that section and list GuzziDiag as an exception. edit/ to wit:
  22. Caspers got back to me immediately and confirmed that the main "cavity" seal is not available separately from their suppliers. He offered to pull one off a send it to me, but I declined and thanked them for offering the TPS breakout harness. My plan is to buy a few of these connectors to get the seals. More SpineRaid swag! Still, hard to believe the main seals are nowhere to be found separately . . .
  23. I forget what is under mine, but I think a washer would be better (one less place for a vacuum leak). Pretty sure I posted a source for the silicone caps here somewhere . . .

    fuel efficiency

I would be quite pleased with37. Six gallons from a V11 tank! Oh, my . . . Check the wiring on your fuel level sensor, especially coming out of the sensor. Also, could be as simple as a bulb . . .
