I got the Triumph put back together and its now in the Living Room with the Guzzi. Yes I'm single. Otherwise this wouldn't be considered. I think they look good together. Richard Z.

Sounds like some big improvements. I just wish I could read the dyno graphic..... LOL English/American is also my first... well only language.... So I was a little apprehensive about the title too... BTW. I rode the Triumph for the first time today. I am sore now. Not from the ride, but shovelling all the ice and snow for about 50 yards to the street. Richard Z.

Cluttered but here is the shop. My wife currently reside there til things get final.... Sorry, for the misc bike pics. Its all I have of the shop. But you get the idea.... 30'x40' 12 foot ceilings and insulated. Sure would like it back. Current Garage space.... Turbo neon Engine 364HP and 371 Ftlb of torque at 16 psi with Nitrous.... Richard Z.

Ok Guzzi Red for you..... Nice and warm in the living room.... Richard Z.

Here are a few pics of the Triumph on the new lift. I have a feelin this thing is going to come in very handy. Richard Z.

I just purchased a bike lift. I bought it at the local Harbor Freight store. I was pleasantly surprised by it. For the money I wasn't expecting much. $300 US. It is completely hydraulic and has the same fetures as more expensive versions. I am an apartment dweller and only have a 1 car (or 8 bike) garage at this time. After setting it up I found that it is compact enough to put in the corner with the bike on it and still drive my car in. I was expecting to have to park my car outside. I did alot of comparison shopping to find what I wanted and I just settled for the less expensive lift. Just wondering what everyone else uses for their lifts or jack. Richard Z.

Thanks for depressing me...... We got 4 more inches of snow on top of the 4 inches from last week and the 2 inches of sleet from the week before that hasn't melted yet.... Highs in the 20's and more snow coming along with single digit temps.... Welcome to Kansas ToTo........ Bike looks great. Enjoy the Ride. Ride naked...... Richard Z.

I haven't even ridden the Triumph I bought a couple of weeks ago. I just go out in the garage and start it every other day just to smell the exhaust. My High Speed Internet was installed today. Wow, I really hate dial up. The cable seems faster than the DSL. It could just be my new computer. Richard Z.

Well Crap more snow..... At least my High speed internet is back up and running.... Richard Z.

My last 2 weeks have been too busy. I finally have some down time and thank goodness. I am back to a dial up connection for a few days until my high speed is hooked up at the new condo. I've spent the last two weeks moving and dealing with the National Indoor Car Show in town. The Sport is now in a climate controlled room. It just happens to be my living room. That will be its new home except for riding. The 1965 Mustang is my folks. I just spent the last 6 months getting it back together. The Mustang won Restored Original. The 55 Buick in the display is a good friend of mine. It won Mild Custom. Richard Z.

I Just recently purchased a new helmet too. I shoped all the local places and tried on everything including Shoei, Nolan, HJC, AGV etc. I ended up with a Scorpion EXO700. To me its all about Fit and Vision. I have many Helmets. Most of them are replica Shoei and Bell from past Superbikes. I don't like the Modular styles. My Nolan is noisy and drafty and has never been a good all around helmet. I have a couple of beaters for wet weather riding that seal very tight. I tend to use about 3 helmets for different riding conditions day, night, long distance, work etc. Back to the Scorpion.. It fit me very well and included the bag and chin curtain. What I liked the most about it is its ease of changing the visor and the great side vision. I don't find myself looking over or under my shoulder as much. I think I found a good all around helmet and may be able to use it more than switching from time to time. Good luck with your choice. After having a major accident and my helmet saving my melon, I have to believe its the single most important investment after the motorcycle. Richard Z.

I ordered the personalized license plate for my 04 Sport. Here in Kansas you have the option of getting a plate with something on it up to 7 letters..... So... With that in mind.. I found it necessary to get "VESPA" on my plate..... I guess the lack of blood flow from my accident might have damaged my brain... I just find it amusing........ Richard Z.

http://www.cbxclub.com/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=717 I found this on a Honda CBX site. I figure she is half a CBX. Richard Z.

33-35 MPG while most of the riding has been short trips to work etc. I've gotten worse and I've gotten better with other bikes. But, If my riding experience is based on fuel economy then back to the bicycle.... Richard Z.

I went and bought shoes for the Sprint. I bought Continental Conti Force Max for both front and rear. Less than $250 Installed and I also ordered primary/secondary with a new chain. Any thoughts on a auto oiler? Any recommendations on which to buy? Can't wait for all this crap to melt away to ride the thing. I still can't believe the last two bikes I bought without riding them first. Had to haul them both home in the back of someone else's truck. The Triumph looks good next to the Guzzi in the garage. The funny thing is, all my bikes I currently own, none are built in the US. But then again, most of the Harley's I like aren't built here either...... Just assembled. I had a friend buy me one of the Battery Tender Chargers that looks like a V Twin engine. I'm not much for the looks, but the dual output charger is going to come in handy. Richard Z.

Let me guess...... You bought a Harley Davidson? LOL

Looking for the bags now.... The hardware is there but I didn't get them with the bike. I'm watching a blue set on Ebay now..... and lurking on some other sites... Any leads appreciated. I want to get the bags before riding season. Richard Z.

Well crap... Now I have to give the State of Kansas more Tax $$$$. I went and bought another motorcycle. 1999 Triumph 955i Sprint ST. I wanted a sport tourer and this came up. $3000 but it needs shoes. Was really kept very well. Owner traded it for a Harley. Guess he wanted to trade DOWN........ Never been down or fallen over. A couple of small garage scrapes..... Richard Z.

Freezing rain and snow later. Going to make all the stupid drivers run into each other. Going to be in the single digits for a week. Richard Z.

Congrats. on the auctions. I'm sure they are worth the extra if thats what you want. It is probably better to pay a premium than having to wait until riding season is over next year to get one from the dealer.... LOL I havent looked into getting one from the dealer, but you know how those horror stories get started.... LOL Richard Z.

I started noticing this more and more each time I get ready to ride. Could this be the crossover tube clamps and shims that I've been reading so much about? And is it a warranty thing or should I just fix it myself? I've seen several variations of the nice shims that have been posted for sale. Maybe I should get busy building my own, or if there are any still available from the initial purchase, I'd be interested. Richard Z.

Damn, $174.00 US for the tank bag and mounting system. Whats this thing worth new? Anyway seen it and was just forwarding the info. The seller has a luggage rack too. I'm looking at tank bags, but have been leaning toward the gas cap mounting ring style from twistedthrottle.com http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...em=330072185028 Richard Z
