The ECU still plays a roll, and the difference between the OEM and the Ti ECU is pretty significant. I imagine the Magni mufflers flow quite a bit differently, so yah, the posted maps probably will be abit off and more likely in the rich direction as you suggested. Still I think the PCIII Ti maps on that site are worth a try as a starting point for tuning, and if Todd has a more appropriate map, that would be better.

And since you have inquiry and "truth" on both sides, the reasonable scholars then need to determine which is more valid, the theories of free enterprise extremists, or the theories of everyone else. -
I could not get enough of this deal, so when the ran out of the Pirellis I also got the Sportec M1s. The date codes are a little odd. Diablo front is 0706 rear is 1306 M1 front is 1106 rear is 1506 The M1s do look fresher, especially the m1 front, dated 1106. Not sure if I am looking at the right number, but it is the closest thing to looking like a date that I could find.

Thinking

I think the best readers are the ones that can tune out their thinking and just read....but they are not the best thinkers. The best thinking readers know when to turn off the reading, think, and then go back to the reading, or they have multithreaded brains that can read and think at the same time. But multithreading begs the question of which brain is doing the reading and which brain does the thinking. For example if you are reading porn I mean food, and you get excited I mean hungry, but your mind starts thinking about tangents like delicious aromas, as your eyes keep reading the page, what remembers what your eyes were reading and what remembers what you were thinking, your penis I mean stomach, or your brain? -

Unlike somebody, atleast I know how to read -
I still have my O-ring, but the spring does not return it. I wonder if Brembo used too short of a spring That might explain some of the quick wear of rear brake pads. Did we cover this topic before? If Brembo did not put in too short of a spring, I can only imagine the adjuster helps prevent damage from hyper extension of the piston.

I put a couple washers under the latch and now I don't have to push down so hard on the back of the Corbin seat to allow the latch to release. Just incase you never heard of the legendary Skeeve spring swap: many bikes shipped with the seat latch spring and the choke spring reversed. Skeeve somehow figured this out.

I wonder how much the BMC is like the K&N. I believe Ratchet had read evidence that the BMC filters out dirt better. Keep in mind there is allegedly a race version and a street version of the BMC. I am not sure what FBF sold me Searching the internet, everyone discusses power, but hardly anyone discusses filtration. I put my snorkles back on....that should keep alot of dirt out, but kill the power gains.

PS what does reading have to do with thinking? -
Dang! I might actually have to buy December Csycho World.

How is that going? I was thinking of moving some of the positive terminals down to the starter, and some of the ground to a point on the frame, under the seat....maybe close to the fuel tank at the bolts that fasten down the battery rack

Cool product! http://store.valueaccessories.net/index.as...&ProdID=416 Thanks for the enLIGHTenment I have been meaning to run a bypass line and relay setup from the battery to the headlight for the longest time. That would take a load off the suspected relay and brighten up the headlamp.

No, that is the hooters thread -
It looks there are one or two for the titanium kit ECU. http://www.guzzitech.com/PCIII-Maps.html There are more maps available for the OEM ECU, but the the map you need will probably be there for you to match the Ti racing kit ECU. I would not be surprised if Todd Eagan at GuzziTech has more Ti racing maps than are posted there, but for obvious reasons, he prefers to share them with people who bought the PCIII from him. He makes a small profit on the PCIII and has put many hours into developing maps, etc. So, if you haven't bought a PCIII yet, he is the most knowledgeable supplier.

...and sometimes we have disagreement. Nobody is getting out of line here. Pete Roper is whining about a little disagreement, but if you post something he disagrees with, and he hasn't had his meds, he often starts cursing and raging like a barbarian warlord! But we love him anyway(or maybe because of it).

How often is your headlight on durring those 12,000 miles? US bikes have the headlight on constantly with the current going through the starter relay. It may make a difference if you turn your headlight on after starting. Not using your horn or the highbeam flasher will also extend the relay's life. Using the high beam flasher or the horn while the low beam is on is what probably pushes the current over the load rating of the relay. It certainly could be you got the relays from a good batch. But there is a fundamental wiring problem on the early US V11s. But yes, one CAN go thousands of miles before the problem starts, especially if you don't use the high beam flasher nor the horn, or you don't ride with the headlight on. I suppose some people's bikes put out 14.0 V and some put out 14.5 V. This can change the stress loads on the relay. Mine was putting out a maximum of 14.3-14.5V before the regulator died

I think world leaders google for anthropogenic global warming and ofcourse dlaing, and they find the thread and make their decisions based on our incredible insight. (I am being sarcastic) -

The only truth we were left with was relative truth, and absolute truth was abandoned. We were still left with dispute, but it was only absolute dispute. The faith of the self proclaimed righteous does believe that their position is wrong. Their relative truth is so strong, their is no room for dispute. So it seems the more logical choice for this poll to describe the nightmarish global warming thread is, "The faith of the righteous believes; it does not dispute!" I am sure I'll be misunderstood, and I suppose it is possible I misunderstood the two quotes, as they read about as easily as Dostoevsky -
Definitely could loosen itself. But according to the story they struggled to get the filter on. The difference in diameter would allow it to go on easily, but the difference in pitch would require the force of stripping threads.

I can only imagine you think that because history is written by war buffs who are often propagandists for the victors. The "sad fact" is we are lousy at war. Wars result in deaths, destruction, and economic catastrophy. The decision to go to war is almost always the wrong decision. Good is a relative term and we are good but not perfect at many other things like building communities, farming, creating art, help others, etc. Glorifying war is a desperate attempt to justify war.

Just some points and a question I would like to make. 1. Republicans deserve to lose 50% more of their seats in congress and especially the Presidency, and this would happen if voters were more inteligent. 2. Guzzis vibrate enough that "properly" torqued bolts can shake loose. 3. Guzzi oil filters have oil on every side of the filter seal, possibly making them more likely to loosen. 4. The torque one uses for a car filter might not cut it in a hot vibrating oil bath. Q. Should we have a poll to see what political party people tend to vote for and how it relates to their filter torquing abilities?

notice the safety wire hole and the nut, for p-roper torquing. Of course it costs more, and I am not sure where you would wire it to. Note the correct part number is NOT the one shown in the above image. It is KN-163 http://www.knfilters.com/search/product.aspx?Prod=KN-163
