Then a stupid woman drive out of her garden right in my way causing a crash, mine minor injury and a big one to my Cali.....

Everything has a soul inside...and really WE enthusiasts are the problem...not often we are able to find it...unfortunately...

It 's the truth. Certainly better than selling the Guzzi for another opportunity to get tired and feel overwhelmed by one and only one thing maybe called Honda or BMW.... I wish people would understand how difficult and too stupid is to change, permanent ceasing to love, when you come off just enough to, then, be able to return more in love than before..... Love....to feel the soul...is similar to a motorcycle as to a person and I know what it means to be separated from one and the other....Just leave a little is better than forgetting and certainly does not have the same meaning.

Well said and of course I agree and have written similar in many posts but, for interest: what do you think of this line, this viewpoint, that I quoted (from an enthusiast of older Triumphs) in the other recent thread on this subject? "And although I love all this old iron regardless where it came from, it has no soul. It's iron, aluminum rubber, plastic, etc. The soul, or the perceived soul resides within the people who love and appreciate them." Well...in appreciating the shape, the curves, the material and more the sound and good (or bad) vibrations resides the soul.... A man is a designer, another a good mechanical, the third one is a painter and few men are assembling the bike like a single masterpiece in which people can feel the strenght and the glory, the soul coming out from every step..... But, as I believe, some motorcycle has more soul in that you can find....simply standing still, watching, doing nothing. This is the case of V11 and California, it's only my idea... ....is not the same thing to reach Nordkapp on a Vespa rather than a Norge, for the emotions that are different, the different times and the difference in the soul that the two express ....

THANK YOU JRT. YESSSSSS, the Nevada 750 will become a Cafe Racer, only the body has been recycled for the V35C (The IBBBRIDO) because the frame of this bike is too long to make a good looking Cafe Racer, and until the body shop does not return the tank painted METALFLAKE, I will be forced to leave dressed like that .... I KNOW, MY BODY SHOP IS SLOW AS A BMW .... SORRY ABOUT THAT .....

Unfortunately it is true. Many friends have sold their V11, not many have bought another. The poetry of a motorcycle so real is ending? I think we are losing a lot of passion for this model, due to acquisitions and new models ... For me MOTO GUZZI basically is V11 and California, but not limited to these two bikes. There are many beautiful Guzzi but the character of California and V11 is not achieved anywhere else, not even the beautiful Griso. Losing a motorcycle treasure like this is certainly not given by talk of tours with other bikes but the lack of "desire" of those who love these models. Lack of desire to live and tell the stories associated with them. It is not my case, not yours, but frankly more participation would make it much easier this .........LOVE......

Sorry I did not read that right ... I understand, I also own several bikes of different brands but I prefer to use this forum to tell of traveling Guzzi, if I can. I do not think it is stultifying or expire on a Guzzi clique, anyway.

The body shop has not painted my V35C so I decided to mount the tank and side panels of Nevada. This is the result. You like it?

To race against monsters (155 hp) is very hard....but my Scura has the right character and qualities to do it. A great ride battling along thousands beautiful curves!

I am, honestly, a decent pilot. Sometimes I rub the asphalt with the exhaust. But to scratch it this way there is only one way: falling .... unfortunately ....wounds that mark the skin....dropped in year 2008, september, 11th too expensive to put on a new one
