  6. Carl, I seen Vinny do the same thing on O.C.C. He used a razor blade to peel the powdercoat off where he needed a ground
  7. Exactamundo I don't care what the rest of 'em are doing . I just want to see Guzzi stomp some Buell aka Harley ass
  8. Don't listen to these guys Stay home it's dangerous out there Keep your guns loaded & your doors locked
  9. Brian is talking about this http://www.webbikeworld.com/Moto-Guzzi-mot...port-recall.htm
  10. The only way this could happen ,is if the planets were in proper alignment . And then only in the atmospheric conditions of Uranus
  11. What made you think you were welcome here ? Like any biker gang we have requirements that have to be met . You'll have to prospect for awhile, in order to get your colors . The council of elders will have to discuss you earning your redwings
  12. That guy is BADASS !!! I wished I could afford to shoot more . Antonio do you realize how much it cost to shoot this thing ?
  13. ^^ Did it at least a 100 times & I don't even have a E-Z pass. Pay attention Todd, don't run over the sensors . It was a motorcycle cop who showed me how
  14. Congrats Richard Now let me rain on your parade Has your bike had the trans recall work done ? Also some of the Rosso's were affected by the rod bolt recall too. The single plate clutch is something to keep an eye on also. However I don't think anyone in NA has had the clutch go south This model is also prone to flaking engine paint . Some people opted for $750 worth of accesories instead of having the cases replaced. Do you know what Lora did ? Maybe Todd will answer this , but I believe you can still have the trans & rod bolt recall work done at the factory's expense since this was NHTSA recall. You'll need the VIN # to see if your' bike is affected . http://www.webbikeworld.com/Moto-Guzzi-mot...port-recall.htm
  15. Formula Xtreme: 450cc-600cc four-stroke, multi-cylinder; 595cc-750cc four-stroke, liquid-cooled, twin-cylinder; 850cc-1350cc four-stroke, air-cooled, twin-cylinder
  16. Thanks Paul http://guzzi.daytona-it.com/ Do you have any pictures of the Paris/ Dakar bike or know what happened to it ? Chain drive is the only way that I see Guzzi being competitve with the Buell in the FX class.
  17. Has anybody seen or heard about a chain drive conversion ? Any hi-tek or hillbilly setups ? Maybe some kind of jackshaft setup
  18. That's why I make the wife hang the clothes on the line. Now if it was me , I'd use the clothes dryer. I do let her use it on rainy days
  19. That looks like a fatty to me The Gee Bee caption reminded me how cool these planes were http://www.geocities.com/CapeCanaveral/Lab/4515/index3.html The original Hot Rod
  20. http://www.guzzitech.com/Relays.html Use the Bosch relays, MPH comes to mind ,but any auto parts should have'em
  21. I wanted this same piece a couple of years ago & then it was right at $300 USD I quickly decided I didn't need it. With the dollar vs euro $450 sounds right. Maybe Todd will give us an update
  22. I saw that in the Honda magazine ( Cycle World ) 2.5 G's ! I probably shit my pants
  23. http://karenhawes.com/video/birdman.wmv
  24. I read where Yamaha quit selling the 660 motor to MZ because they were planning on releasing their own version to the US. Maybe the XT660r is it As far as the Quota is concerned, I felt it was to top heavy & over geared for to be a real dual purpose bike. It's a great commuter bike though with a piss poor headlight . I bought one because I thought it would be great alternative to the sport. I was wrong.
