  1. They all do it wait, that was a blanket statement , but really it's nothing to lose any sleep over .
  2. Check out the real rocket man http://www.swissrocketman.com/ete05.html
  3. ^^ Hey Rich! I just wanted to say 'Welcome Back ' and to let you know I have seen some Guzzi's with sidecars
  4. I don't have to tell 'em anything , one look at my ride & they know I'm the epitome of kewl
  5. This is from Zeb . Till now, no information about a release with 2v engine About the guzzi engine, Giuseppe Ghezzi tell that it is impossible to produce a real race bike with the engine conception & the cardan transmission ... _________________ IMO The only reason they produced this bike was to generate interest in Guzzi before it went on the auction block.
  6. It crashed due to a virus. Luap had to start over, anyway here it is http://www.wildguzzi.com/discussion/index.php
  7. You talking to me, well are you punk ? However this story makes me think of that famous song by Bob Wills & the Texas Playboys " Big Ball's in Cowtown "
  8. That's because you're a gizmo guy Don't you think a bike with a tractor motor should have gauges with needles that swing back & forth ? A Autometer gauge with either white or black face depending on what you have now would be the shizzle drizzal dizzle floog.
  9. Up until now that is but that would be some mind boggling shit if it could dont you think ?
  10. Yeah you're probably right , I was just glad to hear from him . Doc's good people Any way I removed his # & you should do the same
  11. I spoke to Doc's receptionist the other day ( he was not in ) I asked her to have him check in & let us know where he's been' UPDATE I just had a message on the answering machine , Doc says he misses everybody & that his computer crashed about the same time as the forum went down. He says he'll have to get up & running again. He had no idea the forum was back up He said he would call again Friday. Anyway in case you were interested Doc's still alive
  12. I really don't know but that's what it looks like to me. I saw one of the prototype tires on a piece of construction equipment at the Caterpillar dealer in Amarillo Tx last year. At the time I thought it was strange looking & still do, but I can see a lot of advantages to this design. I didn't expect to see them on automobiles or anything but heavy equipment, but Michelin may be on to something. This guy was doing hubless wheels way before Billy Lane http://www.osmoswheel.com/?lang=en
  13. http://www.sportbilen.se/e_index.php?page=e_news.php?id=89
  14. My deepest sympathy My wife & I had one that traveled in the truck with us for years & when you spend that much time with one they truly are members of the family. When he died I went through some serious depression .It seems a little strange that you posted that & I was just thinking about him last night P.S. Dave have you ever thought abought owning a cat ? I found this really neat cat carrier
  15. I bet you'd get noticed in this helmet http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...3&category=6749
  16. Don posted this on the WG site, old story but some of you may not have seen it http://www.ironcross.net/features/amsterdam.htm
  17. If I was going for the case replacment MPH would be doing the work , but your situation is different. Do you have any confidence in the shop or person doing the work ? If not take the trinkets & sell 'em.
  18. Since you have the Billy Bob to ride I'd get the new cases. I've seen a couple of that have really looked like crap when the paint started coming off . Now would be the perfect time to add the FBF or Mike Rich pistons too.
  19. It's not going to happen with that seat. Rich could re-do that one or I believe he had a couple of stock seats at one time . At the time I had the seat redone this forum didn't exist & I didn't know about Rich. The people at Sargeants told me I couldn't get the super cell foam in the rear section with the cowl because they couldn't cut it that thin . I wanted the super duper foam in rear because I like to move my fat ass around & stretch out on long rides & if I could find a hot mama to ride on the back I figured she would like her portion of the seat to have the good shit too. I also had a Corbin seat that I prefered over that one, but you can't run the cowl with that one either.
  20. You have my old bike The guy after me added the red wheels & kickstand . The seat is built on the stock pan, it's a Sargeant re-do
  21. Is this the seat ? http://www.v11lemans.com/gallery/details.php?image_id=317
  22. Dave's bike has all the upgrades & the Centauro controls are next to impossible to find .
  23. ^^ Yeah but chicks dig scars. They also like stretch marks too
  24. What, none in 4 XL ? Don't be making fun of us fat folks, or I'll tell Jaap Every time I fly they make me buy 2 seats
  25. It'll be the best flight you ever had Hot Toddy " Let me be your personal Sky Marshall "
