  1. Perform the test MotoKnee recommends and report . Don't worry about the ign. switch until it is time to worry about the ign. switch.
  2. Before you start , do your headlamps , horn , dimmer switch , etc. work? There may be a problem at the 10 pin connector going to the switchgear . Don't worry about this yet. Alright. It is time for you to start thinking . * # 1 new flasher installed . still no flasher. Get your test light** and see a. w/KOEO , is there 12v at one of the flasher unit connectors ? Y. apply 12v to the other connector (orange wire) to see if all the turn signal lamps light up. they should. If so you still have a bad flasher unit. Install a good known flasher and retest. N . go back to F 7 and check for B+ at both ends of the fuse. B+ ? Y , the problem is between the F 7 and flasher connector. * w/ea step , verify, verify, verify. You don't want to proceed until you are sure you pass/fail your current test. You don't want to waste your time rushing through this procedure. ** use a test light . Not a LED test light . You will learn about them later.
  3. That is your purpose !
  4. Uhhh . Blue/Maize . Michigan Wolverine colors. I'm sorry , I had to look to be sure
  5. Welllll , Let me see if I have the brake hose I removed from my red frame when I installed the OEM stuff. If I do I can send it to you . It was the T-style that looked like the OEM w/a longer hose going to the bar m/cyl. Just let me know and I will try to find it. I had a good reason why you want to tee the hoses at the fender but I can't recall why.
  6. After a couple of years , you will have a blown-up (laminated) (3 of them) wiring diagram close to you at all time and you will be able to put on a clinic about EVERY portion of this wiring system that could go on for 60 mins straight and you will speak w/confidence . W/that being said , jump in , the water's fine . Don't pay any attention to the jellyfish , sharks , squid or any other sea monsters !
  7. I think the proper color is Maize .
  8. This would have to be the equivalent to a religious experience.
  9. Is the Stelvio as good as it looks ?
  10. H... sorry to mislead you , I said fuses and meant to say relays . The black box flasher is more durable than the can unit .
  11. Hmmmm , you have the Buck Rogers version ! But , yes.
  12. I have been to the Hillbilly Version and I am going to commit to this and SSR from now on. I had too much fun and good times to refrain . You will have a great time.
  13. Hint : every Guzzi is a limited edition . If they sell all of those , they make another batch of Limited Edition
  14. Danny , I have seen only one and it was here in Ky. Lexington , Louisville or some big town in that area . This was around 2010 and I didn't know how exclusive they were . I did know they were righteous ! W/O someone seeing this request , IDK how you would locate these bikes or their owners .
  15. IDK , you will just have to get one and find out !
  16. It should be right there w/the fuses. It has an orange wire and a red/white wire on the connector . It has been so long I had to look at the switchgear on the red frame , then look under the seat of the black frame to find it !
  17. IF the wiring diagram I am looking at is correct , F7 is the fuse , a 552 (w/o looking / IDK where it is on the bike) is the flasher , thru the switchgear , then to the left or right side lamps. Do the turn signal lamps light up or stay "off" ?
  18. Bad...... I wouldn't even try. I have metric and standard thread gauges. Thread files and all kinds of other trinkets to help me . When you get older you become MORE unsure of yourself daily.
  19. The last time mine looked like that my slip-on was about to slip-off .
  20. Sure thing ! The freight and shipping charges would be around $10k-20k !
  21. Uhhhh , what is the reason for replacing the bolt ?
  22. It's worth owning .
