  1. Can you post a pic of these 90s for the battery ?
  2. Do you need one or something ?
  3. Hmmm. Since it is Italian . ?????
  4. Pete , I can't tell you how good these look !
  5. Hey , I never thought about that !
  6. IDW what the V should be during cranking ? If I can get to mine this afternoon I will check . 40 % loss sounds too much ? Also check V drop between components . Starter to battery ground , then battery to starter solenoid ( both sides of the solenoid too ) . When yo see a difference in V , narrow it down and repair . I fixed my buddy's SnapOn truck with a test light doing this . He had a no-start condition and crazy things going on . Turned out being ground problems during cranking . We put - straps w/shakeproof washers at the battery to frame , frame to gusset then frame to starter - , then to some other "stuff" up there ?
  7. Where is the thread that shows all the parts interchange so we can discuss part #s ?
  8. A lot of parts get reboxed when a Wholesaler changes suppliers . It happens more than you want to know .
  9. You should be able to have someone post a bearing part # . The base # should be the same with all companies . Anyone can cross part #s .

  11. I will wait until it gets to $60k So I can brag how much I spent .
  12. Buddy , with bearings now . I don't know which brand is best . I would buy SKF deep groove bearings . I used to have that info in the basket next to me but..... Just make sure it is not Made in China . Everything from chewing gum to dog food is made there now . UGH !
  13. Huh ?
  14. gman , you should spell out some of the #s of you phone # . [docc/edit: I thought that smart, so performed the task for gatorman whose name has already been "changed to protect the innocent!"]
  15. Let us know when it goes on eBay . I will be happy to buy all the fasteners you remove .
  16. I'm with KiwiRoy .I made a service call once to a guy w/a Dixie Chopper ZTR mower . He had put a new battery on , the starting motor would spin but not crank the engine . That is when I found out a permanent magnet starter WILL spin backwards when the battery is hooked up backward . The overrun clutch of the starter drive allows the drive to engage P.S. check the battery polarity .
  17. There is no one on this site that has f'd up as many threads as ME ! So , I know how to back up and punt !
  18. To guzzijek : I suppose this practice could eventually wear out the threads of the hole and or the bolts . If it will make you feel better , install studs in place of the bolts . Use flat washers , lock washers and nuts . To LowRyter ; To stop crossthreading , push the cover against the hole and begin turning the cover in the "off" direction . When you feel a click , stop . Now start turning the cover in the "on" direction . Practice doing this with other parts and when you feel this work you will not have any problems with crossthreading .
  19. You need to make sure the rubber and grease is compatible .
  20. What brand battery are you using ?
  21. It will be in your best interest to buy the Odyssey charger .
  22. This bike sounds SO righteous !
  23. I am a slow learner …. I don't know what I am doing
  24. Pull the relay to the fuel pump while the noise is there . Did it stop ?
  25. AS far as the noise with the KOEO , remove the relay that powers the fuel pump. Did it stops the buzz ? If not , keep removing them one at time to see if it stops.
