Probably so . All bearings that are produced are metric . The 25x52x15 part # is also the bearing dimensions . I.D , O.D. & width . The 6205-2Rs should have those dimension.
When you go for bearings....drop the 6 from the bearing prefix . It is a light duty version of the bearing. Instead of 6204 use 204 . Check them at your vendor to verify this,

First , the rubber appears to be good. If it is o.k. then , take a flat file and file the surfaces flat on both sides of the inner portion and reinstall .Tighten the bolts to the correct torque and go !
You would see if it was a dimple pushing out or an indentation actuating the switch . This will show you that it was mechanically operating the switch.
