  1. Use a GOOD test light............. It is better than a DVOM. You need it only when you need exact information... p.s. I will get my glasses n look at my wiring diagram....
  2. I have an 03 Sport. The N (neutral) light has to be on or your fuel pump will not energize. Check to see that this light is on.

  7. I have the Alpina wheels on my bike........ There are companies that make the solid spoke wheels for the Guzzis also. They are all produced in small volume so they are going to be higher than for Jap crotch rockets. As far as buying Chinese, you are on your own !

  9. Swapping springs will see if the problem follows the shorter spring....
  10. A good paint supplier has a device that can match the color as it is..... There are other factors such as fading, weathering & sun bleaching that comes into play..........

  13. I will give you what I have from a Mk IV manual.... Nut, layshaft securing....16-18 kgm or 115-130 ft/lbs. Nut, layshaft safety.......7-7 kgm or 50-57 ft/lbs. These appear to be the items you want.. There is a torque table on pg. 33 with no real info that these are what you want. Add LocTite blue to these nuts also. HTH

  18. No, you want the rear wheel to track in the center of the path of the front wheel. You also want to get a small amount of preload on the pivot bearings.
  19. $5000.00 later and you will have it like you want it ! Somebody on here can help you w/parts & part #s to go with bars instead of clip-ons. Keep the old stuff if you decide to go back.

  23. Zaino (sp?) is the sealant/protectant to use to complete the job........
