  1. Now you're talkin'..... The only thing is, you now have a two wheel Rubic's Cube.......
  2. And that's why I said "very little affect".
  3. BFG, consult with your insurance company. Your bike is probably totalled out........
  4. That's because they have very little if any affect.
  5. I ordered the replacement bearings from MG Cycle. The suffix characters we're off from the stock (polish made) bearings. The replacements we're made in bulgaria. I checked the dimensions with a set of electronic calipers. Straight match. The base # will give you the same dimension bearing. Read my post again. The prefix and or suffix characters describe tolerances and bearing speed specs, etc....
  6. Nor am I... His stuff is top quality.
  7. Where did you purchase the bearings? You have to buy the best quality part you can find. All the prefix and suffix characters on a bearing mean something. Just don't hop into a parts supply and get a 307ff bearing. You have to look on the dust shield (if it is an original part) and make sure you get a comparable part...........
  8. BFG, do you have insurance to cover this crash ?
  9. The thread dia. & pitch is 12mm X 1.5mm thread. A Borg/Warner part # S4029 looks as good as any. It closes from 6.5-10.5 psi. Your vendor can cross this # to their part #.
  10. Good luck & enjoy yourself !
  11. I have found, the more vocal I am about K&N, the more I offend people. GM will cancel powertrain warranty on their use. They are a MAF sensor's worst enemy! What good is it to wash a filter and get the dirt particles on both sides of the filter, oil it and then install it ? I prefer my paper element any day and change it frequently.
  12. Pod filters will make it lean if you are looking for stock tune and stock exhaust. It will get worse with open mufflers or aftermarket crossover unless you take the PC3 or other route for adding fuel. I feel pod filters are too noisy but some people don't mind it. Before you order them, disconnect the inlet tubes to the throttle bodies and go for a quick ride down the street and back with open throttle bodies. You'll get a feel for the noise level. I'm not a big fan of K&N. The stock paper filter will flow more air than you can use and do a better job of filtering. Amen on the K&N. You must be a mechanic?
  13. Go ahead and get it NOW. You know 2012 is 6 months away, then the End of The World.* * The Mayan and Incan calendar said it.
  14. Hmmmmmmmmm.
  15. Everything looks good except for the skunk stripe on the front fender. What brand are the wheels?
  16. Get the rear wheel on a stand. Have someone press and release the rear brake pedal. Try rotating the rear wheel. If there is a drag on the rear wheel, break loose the bleeder screw WITH the dust boot on the screw. This allows for pressure release without introducing air into the hydraulic system. If it (the rear wheels) loosens and rotates freely the problem is NOT the caliper. It could be the hose or master cylinder. If it remains tight, the caliper is at fault. I do not know what parts such as rebuild kits are available. You can watch eBay for parts too.
  17. You can buy them from MotoInternational. Give them a call and they will tell you the application.

    Hi all

Can you post pics of the Moto Morini ?
  21. That'd work in well for further plans I have if I keep this bike. That'd work in well for further plans I have if I KEEP this bike? THAT'D WORK IN WELL FOR FURTHER PLANS I HAVE IF I KEEP THIS BIKE ???????????? Where is the lightning bolt key on this keboard ? We're all addicted. There is NO cure!
  22. You can mount, tie, attach it to anything. I wouldn't let it just hang. I would place it where direct air current would not blow across it or dirt could accumulate on it.
  23. Looks good. Show some more pictures.I like the Eagle.
  24. You remove the slack from the cable and loosen the jam screw from the cable stop (I guess thats what it's called) and take up the slack and tighten the screw just tight and leave some clearance so it is not the idle stop. Look at it and understand what is going on before you jump in.........
