Just looking at it , I would recommend a good dose of spray-on CopperCoat on both sides. Allow to dry and install.

DO chase the threads on the bolt holes to be SURE they were not/are not damaged.

You make 'em and I will buy two of them.

Watches, clocks, and . . . sundials!

Didn't Fred Flintstone have a simliar watch? Not as snazzy but the same style. -
Here is a good trick. When trying to revive a dead battery , connect a good battery in parallel w/the dead battery as you were going to jump start . These two batteries need to be the same . Lead acid , AGM , etc. Now hook your charger to the good known battery and put your charger on high and let charge for about an hour , then set on low and leave for a day or two. When you are finished , load test the battery and see if your battery passes muster. Remember , all connections have to be perfect.

IDK what /why you are asking but I would play it safe and replace it . -
Any MG dealership can answer those questions for you .

I think I would install a gasket that fit before I would "just add water" .

There was a website rotten.com with awful gore and repulsive pics , One i remember was "nothing gets between me and my Harley . Everything on this man's face was missing from his nose to his neck. You could see his uvula and the edges of his jaw. I lloked like he had a stick of dynamite for a cigar & it exploded . Full-face helmet dor me for the rest of my life.

So ! Every rich toy is in that category .

A good deal is when both parties are happy with the sale. I will stay out of the "value" of this bike .

48 of them ?

How fast that bike started ! I backed it up 5 Xs before I realized , the first cylinder that came up and it was running . Then how quick it revved . A religious experience .

My red frame had the original M/G battery and it was a PC545 Odyssey . It was last on the road in 2007 and it had run that long. -
On my last ride , I was about 20 mi. away when my bike started to run bad and die . I KNEW it had plenty of fuel until I removed the fuel cap to find a blend of vapors and air w/just a little fuel . I got real good at stopping and leaning over about 4 Xs before reaching home base . Trust me , if it acts like it is running out of fuel , it IS running out of fuel.

I bought mine from Diesel . He lives around Georgetown/Frankfort area . He bought them from Rossopuro (I think) and didn't have them just a few weeks , crash & burned his bike , listed them on this site and I bought them in a few hours ! Don't remember what he did w/the rest of the bike ? Now , these things do look this righteous . Trust me . They sre Alpina wheels marketed through Rossopuro . If Rossopuro does not respond , contact Alpina . Be ready to press "buy it now" 1 You will not regret it. Forgive my spelling . I am doing this w/o cheaters

This paint job is righteous !

For now , you start at the end . The starter solenoid wire , or the beginning. The ign. switch. If you want to call it the beginning . -

Whew , there would have to be a flowchart built to be able to diagnose this "no-start" condition. There are so many problems [when it is a no-start] w/this bike it would take some time to do. For now you just have to be on top of things when experiencing a no-start . A test light , a wiring diagram and deduction . -
Fish tablets ? I would eat out of a litter bow to ease this pain . This gettin' old caper is not funny at all !
