As much as we discuss this matter , I would think Piaggio would want the name Moto Guzzi promulgated and be happy to have forums , websites and owners groups displaying the name , symbols , etc. Do you know how good it feels to be gassing up and someone comes up and knows what you are riding and can pronounce it correctly ? I would not doubt that the people running this business have never straddled a bike , couldn't even start one , or know where to add the fuel. The only thing they know is from authority not experience.

You know you're gettin' old when you make the statement "it's been 47 yrs. since I've smoked ANY pot . Then you sit there and muse that for an hour. -

A buddy of mine was having a get together on his boat late one afternoon and he walked up on them at the stern and was listening to them talking about meds & ailments . He busted them out saying "40 yrs ago you were braggin' about what drugs you had been taking & now you're complainin' about all the drugs you are taking" ! -
The BEST stuff. If it goes on R/R aircraft powerplants , it must be good. Just a smear is all you need. When you disassemble , the gasket remains intact and if you want you can reuse it.

You can and just for safety's sake put 5 pin relays in all positions . The one 5 pin relay in your bike now acts as a load shedding relay. This removes all unnecessary power so all the current can go to start the bike.

In my work (heavy eq. mechanic) I have tried to tell the higher ups , there are helicopter pilots and there are helicopter mechanics . You are one or the other PERIOD -
If you have the stuff or a buddy has the stuff , Weatherpack or Deutch connectors, these things are the answer to any / all connector issues .

All it has to do is to remain in the air for more than 59 seconds ! This time should accompany a soft landing ! -
Oh no ! These are the first videos I have watched that I didn't lean in the turns .

It is "possible" that this treatment of electrical tape is the same kind of treatment as cow magnets , clothespins , aluminum foil , etc. that was applied to fuel lines to carb. fuel systems to correct certain problems ! This is a long drawn out procedure but to remove each terminal and crimp the scroll ends of each terminal is the only way to go. Installing the BEST relay possible is the best way to help stop this trouble. The Caig Deoxit , Motorcraft electrical grease , etc. too . I don't go w/Vaseline because of the low melting point. Any electrical parts , go to an aircraft or marine supplier . Waytek is a good vendor.

I bought a reverse bleed system from Motion Pro . This will force fluid back from the slave to the master cylinder . Trust me , this is a deliberate (pronounced - SLOW) and rewarding procedure . I assume you ARE using DOT 4 fluid ? If you are doing this w/o a tool , as it looks in your picture , fill the vent tube of bleed hose with fluid and make a loop before putting the end of the hose down into the full (of fluid) catch bottle.

I think it was this forum I told about CHP going from Harleys to Kawasakis. The Harleys were constantly needing maintenance , valve jobs every few months . The Kawasakis had ZERO maintenance problems . The only thing the Kawasaki would NOT do the Harleys did w/no problem was pushing stalled cars off the interstate. W/the Harleys , if the bumpers matched , you could shove it. The Kawasakis would fold the forks up and bend the frames. -
