  1. Mine came with M4 . I replaced them just to have something different .
  2. They are Schnorr washers . The company is an Ann Arbor , Mi. They invented these . They are under most of the fasteners on this bike . Whatever fits the bolt an looks good can work . If the Schnorr washer isn't readily available , I would use a grade 8 flat washer .
  3. No brand , part # or any markings ? I have about a dozen things that look like this . They are distributor wrenches . Used to loosen the hold down bolts so you can turn the distributor and set the timing .
  4. This looks like a good deal . I would have a trusty machine shop inspect EVERYTHING before going together . I would use new rod bearings . Some use new rod bolts . Look at the main bearings too . When you reassemble , blow everything out w/air and use Lubriplate white grease when you go together . Keep the cam lifters indexed when you go back together and use a camshaft grease when you go together .
  5. You can't be too clean !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  6. I unscrewed the capscrew from my bike and measured it .
  7. It is a low profile socket head capscrew . It is a 12X35 1.75 thread pitch . there is a Schnorr washer along w/ Loctite .
  8. VFR ?
  9. I don't understand what you want . Is it part # 9 ?
  10. Pete , you always give good input !
  11. I did mine before the advent of the one selling now on this site . I made mine just long enough to miss the frame , installed a l.h. thread rod end and new rod to where I could adjust the lever height . Buddy , this has a quicker throw than any bike on the road . It went from Farmall to GP .
  12. One bolt at a time , one bolt at a time .
  13. I missed a K75 BMW and was pissed off like a tied coon about it . My best friend got it , fixed the damage . Started it up and it made all kind of noi$e$ .
  14. Peter , I am afraid your realism is probably correct .
  15. my Guzzi parts manual gives a 30113600 ?
  16. ok
  17. This virus is a MoFo ! I hope the best for anyone that gets it . we have one confirmed case in our county as of yesterday .
  18. Mmmmm . It's kind of major . Go through it thoroughly . Be sincere and deliberate with EVERY step you take . and yes , remove the engine , taking plenty of pictures !
  19. Awful close , 1964 . when she announced her name I %#I* !
  20. Honor Blackman passed 5/04/20 . For those that don't recognize the name . she was in Goldfinger as Ms Galore ! Need I say more ?
  21. This is terrible news . I hope for the best for Paul and the family .
  22. After a reread . W/linkage unhooked , throttle plate fully closed on r.h. throttle body , set tps to 0.150-0.157mv . Then adjust all idle stop screws , linkage . Then adjust l.h. idle stop screw to 0.450 mV . I can't do any more until I install the fuel tank . I assume this will work ? That is today's goal ! BTW , I make no claims to be a "know-it-all" .
