  2. FWIW . AN ( Army / Navy ) and JIC ( Joint Industry Council ) fittings are / appear the same . The AN fittings are made to tighter tolerances . They are both 37ยบ fittings . Google for more info ! It's time for me to go to work .....
  3. I have one from a 2003 .IDK about the width . Will it work ?
  4. The washer on the Banjo bolt appears to be a Dowty washer . This should have one on each side of the banjo fitting . The o-rings on the other fitting may / may not have a MG part # . Go to a store that sells hydraulic fittings . e.g. Parker , Gates , etc . and ask them for help . Make sure they know this is metric stuff. HTH
  5. Wooooooooo !
  6. Is yours below or above the triple tree ?
  7. I have Alpinas on mine ......Expensive..... Worth every cent .

  10. Do you owm a DVOM and are familiar with how to use it ? The tps is a simple potentiometer . 3 terminals . one is v ref , one is gnd and one is signal return . With the ignition OFF , probe two of the tps wires and check for resistance . If you get a reading , rotate the throttle from idle to full throttle . If there is no change , move one of the leads to the other terminal and repeat . There should be a change in resistance . This reading will be smooth with no glitches . If this checks out , the TPS is good . If you need to Google potentiometer for a good understanding I thought I posted this this morning but my router wasn't working correctly
  11. Do you know how to test the TPS on / off the bike ?
  12. Before you replace a component , TEST it .
  13. It would not be the first regret I had to live with. Considering this means fighting a lot ton of Seattle traffic it's going to be a lot sitting on a freeway. I'm glad I did go to Raber's (vintage British parts place) when I got the Greenie because they also recently closed. Considering Dave won't be at MI I'm still questioning the value of stopping by. It'll be 8 hours of freeway riding (and traffic) or I could go ride somewhere fun. Doing the right thing is never the easy thing ! It never has been .
  14. You can go and regret it or not go and regret it . You know what needs to be done
  15. I hope it is a wrong choice of words
