Joe wanted to buy a motorbike. He doesn't have much luck until one day; he comes across a Harley with a 'for sale' sign on it. The bike seems even better than a new one, although it is 10 years old... It is shiny and in absolute mint condition. He immediately buys it, and asks the seller how he kept it in such great condition for 10 years. 'Well, it's quite simple, really,' says the seller, 'whenever the bike is outside and it's gonna rain, and rub Vaseline on the chrome. It protects it from the rain.' And he hands Joe a jar of Vaseline. That night, his girlfriend, Sandra, invites him over to meet her parents. Naturally, they take the bike there. But just before they enter the house, Sandra stops him and says, 'I have to tell you something about my family before we go in.' 'When we eat dinner, we don't talk. In fact, the first person who says anything during dinner has to do the dishes.' 'No problem,' he says. And in they go... Joe is shocked. Right smack in the middle of the living room is a huge stack of dirty dishes. In the kitchen is another huge stack of dishes. Piled up on the stairs, in the corridor, everywhere he looks, dirty dishes. They sit down to dinner and, sure enough, no one says a word. As dinner progresses, Joe decides to take advantage of the situation. So he leans over and kisses Sandra. No one says a word. So he reaches over and fondles her breasts. Still, nobody says a word. So he stands up, grabs her, rips her clothes off, throws her on the table, and screws her right There, in front of her parents. His girlfriend is a little flustered, her dad is obviously livid, and her mom horrified when he sits back down, but no one says a word. He looks at her mom. 'She's got a great body,' he thinks. So he grabs the mom, bends her over the dinner table, pulls down her panties, and screws her every which way right There on the dinner table. After she has a big orgasm, he sits down again. Now his girlfriend is furious and her dad is boiling, the Mom is pleasantly beaming. But still, Total silence. All of a sudden there is a loud clap of thunder, and it starts to rain. Joe remembers his bike, so he pulls the jar of Vaseline from his pocket... Suddenly the father shouted.... 'I'll do the fucking dishes!

They only list one guzzi model 2007 - 2010 1200 sport this is the reply I received to my enquiry I would need to get pictures of the fuel injector connectors to know if that controller will work on your V11. We don’t have too many plans on extending our Moto Guzzi coverage just cause the lack of bikes where our facility is and there isn’t a high demand for controllers for Moto Guzzis. Thanks, Chris Shover Dobeck Performance 157 Progressive Dr. Belgrade, Mt 59714 (877) 764-3337 (406) 388-2377 so does any one know if they're the same as the V11

I agree completely RHIP, it is indeed a very good looking V11. As a last resort I,ll take the piece along to a place that makes decals and get it reproduced but many thanks for your kind offer.I haven't been able to find a copy of the logo anywhere on line. Yes i'am going to repaint the seat surround. No laquer means it's got lots of little marks on it so I'd like to bring it up to the same standard as the other painted parts. My next problem is to match the paint but that will be another story. While w are talking of the Rosso Mandello I wonder if you've heard anything of 'MUDDY' who started the Rosso Mandello register. He's not been on line for quite a while.I've P.M.ed him but had no reply. Thanks, Andy. I also .PM.ed Muddy about a month back, as I ran into the previous owner of his bike at a rally, but no reply. I'll be watching to find out how you go with the decal hunt as I need to repaint my seat section too. I tried to photograph mine to email to Jaap so he can work his magic on it but all the pic's were crap

My fuel light comes on between 230&250 ks. I think the most I've payed for a tankful is around $27, always run premium where possible. Nowdays I don't even look at the price I just buy fuel because I need it. It's not as though I'll just stop riding I'll just make cuts elsewhere, like food

I'm very happy with michelin pilot roads at the moment, around 10000 km for a rear and 12000 for a front instaed of previous rear 4 to 6000ks and around 8 for the front with Bridgestones plus plenty of grip

Good stuff ,three weeks, did you buy it from a dealer or private. I bought my RM from a Melbourne dealer and negotiated a landed at my place price then they dragged their feet, likely trying to get cheap transport then it was landed at the local yamaha dealer on a friday and he wanted me to wait till after the weekend I've had a bike shipped from SA to Gympie QLD in a week so a lot depends on who they use. I hope you can handle the suspense

If the plug is the sort thats installed from the outside of the tyre then they are for short term emergecy use only and the legal requirment in Oz is the plugs with the mushroom head that must be fitted from inside the tyre. How do I know this? 4weeks ago and a week before a trip i got a rear flat the bike shop that repaired it said this was the requirment. I rode 2 up fully loaded QLD to VIC, started to go flat at Reefton spur (slowly) tore the rear up a fair bit, bought new pilot2 road in Melbourne> with the mushroom type it's physicaly impossible for it to blow the plug out but can you ever be 100% on what the tyre case will do when dammaged.

Hi, I got new progressive springs for my RM delivered to my door for $186 and I've recently had my rear shock revalved and a new suitable spring fitted along with advice on preload and dampening settings all for $400 by MPE suspension on the sunshine coast. They also did my DR650 shock, best money I've ever spent

...hmmm That video wouldn't launch for me, which is possibly just as well. However I tried one of the others, Wozard of Iz: High on Big Sur. Was/is Mort Garson a dark, transatlantic equivalent of Daevid Allen (who originally hailed from your continent, I believe) and his gnomic Gong excursions? I've never bothered to find out till now, according to wiki, he's canadian and has quite an impressive work history. Try this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MEpsoYcy6DQ

Oh I see, no silly seasons over and I've sobered up. This magazine is usually very accurate they only indulge in april fools jokes. I'll see if I can get the article, scan and upload it. I just thought someone in europe would have info, being closer to the source so to speak

Ok , it was a story in the current issue of Australian motorcycle news. Had a small pic of the motor and it looked like the fuel injection was inside the V and from memory I think it said gear driven cams but not sure on the last point. It was a friends magazine and he lives 60kms away so I can't look again just now

So does anyone know more about the new guzzi 1200 engine . the article I've read says watercooled double overhead cams, cylinders inclined 8deg forward but still a 90 deg across the frame twin. Anymore info?
