I've had one apart and yes the wires were found broken. Just trying to remember how. I think i bought an aprillia rs50/125 switch from ebay as a spare. I will have a look in my photos. Pretty sure you jostle those tabs in somehow.

I see the plastic fuel connectors have been replaced. Did they make a good job of it?

A friend recently changed from single to twin late clutch on his tenni and had to modify the centre cup for it to work. Did you change yours or the pushrod?

Original engine the conrod cap fractured at 70mph. The sport corsa replacement engine has carillo rods so should be better.

Shame about the lack of Guzzi

Dunfermline Motorcycles knows what he is doing with them, he does them on mx bikes all the time. He had mine in at last MOT as it was leaking. There is also Bob Scott in Glenrothes he works on track race bikes a lot so should know his onions. I have not had any done by him personally.

This wear is worrying. I think that the flywheel/hub is made of too soft a material (is it ergal?) The teeth on the plates should be made of a softer material as they are a damn sight cheaper to replace than a new hub and flywheel at every clutch change. The 1100 sport flywheel is slightly lighter I think, and looks as if it wears less.

'They all sound like that Sir' (twin plate dry clutch) , ride it and enjoy it. If in doubt stop next to a Ducati, if you can hear the clutch over the top of their ones go for a second opinion.

Welcome to the v11 fold. Pink fluid is redline shockproof. It is highly recommended although I have not used it myself. Check that the breather is clear on the top of the drive, as if this gets blocked the oil will push past the seals. Just take it out and try and blow through it. If really blockedyou can pry the cap off and clear it through with a piece of wire. Haywards near Cambridge have a pretty good reputation.

Once you get the diagnostics running you wont need the tps harness, still handy though!

I would go with the blue one first as it has the most to go wrong, the black one is just an adapter which you could probably test with a meter. If it were cost effective i would post mine to you but would cost more than the £5 inc postage lead .

Do you know of anyone else with a working setup that you could try as it could be a faulty lead? I had a similar problem with a setup for reading and modifying a citroen ecu. I ordered another lead from the same seller which proved the first one to be faulty. Contacted the seller who refunded the first lead.
