  3. I know its not a seat mod, but have you considered a pillion footpeg mod to make the position more comfortable, there was a long topic on the mgcgb forum about this recently. A sheepskin pad or an airhawk may relieve the numb bum issue.

  5. Beautiful bike and a great write up, thanks for sharing.
  6. If you didnt have a reservoir, you would have no brakes / clutch as the item wore down, as for the size I suppose the capacity of the cylinders is far greater in the brakes especially as multiplied by 4.
  7. Gary I just looked at the cafe sport/ ballabio at stein dinse part diagram at stein dinse and teo lamers and it shows the extra part that you speak of which looks like a modification on the later box. I would still go to the pub. Haydn
  8. I may be biased as my first v11 was burgundy. Its successor however is red (chequered) but with a fairing and a bit of gold. Those clear blue skies and sunshine affect the appearance of the photos for sure.
  9. Sorry, but I prefer the original colour on the sport.
  10. I was thinking the same, I need a cold shower now.

  12. Nice job Dimitris! I had a bus turn across my path at the beginning of September the result shown below The bike is a Cat B write off meaning it cannot be repaired and will go to salvage. On the lookout for a replacement, I would like a lemans preferably Nero Corsa, I just missed out on a peach of a Rosso Corsa but thats life, Im happy to wait for the right bike at the right price.
  13. I am deeply saddened by this news. I only briefly met Gyles at the Scottish rally this year and what a thoroughly decent man. I find comfort in the thought that Gyles was forfilling his passion and living life at the time of the tragic accident. My sincere condolences to all Gyles' friends and family. 14. Just a thought but the pics on the motratech site show the pegs fitted to a cafe sport which have the higher bars. Your bike has the clipons, so I wonder if this puts you in a position with your toes pointing down further?
  15. Does changing the handlebars make it sound even better?
  16. Oooooooo that excites! Very nice video, it captured the sound great. It opens up the left side of the bike giving full effect of the single side swingarm.
  17. What regulator did you use as a replacement? If Electrex did you wire it correctly? I recently helped a friend who had similar troubles on his cali, he changed to electrex regulator and wired colour for colour which was wrong. also (im unsure if v11 layout the same as not needed to venture into mine ) the wiring harness where connected to fuses and relays had bad connections, my cali was the same, you could hear the relays clicking when the wiring was touched. Relays also replaced with new from dpguzzi. I didnt need to use this but will help if at wits end: http://www.electrosport.com/technical-reso...ing-diagram.pdf
  18. Tenni riders are surely incontent or incontinent being parked so close to the conveniences? And you cant own a Tenni and be a tranvestite goat abuser that's just not fair.
  19. It's not easy running in a rubber suit and shackles........ so I've heard And dont fart either:
  20. You need some huge nuts to go with a shaft like that!
  21. I've been wishing I was back at Ken Bridge all day. only 51 weeks to wait
  22. Noticed this while browsing its not a new ad 19/4 http://www.motorcyclenews.com/MCN/bikesfor...501238&mfy=
  23. It took a while for that one to register One of those burgundy Guzzi's gets ridden in a real girlie fashion, the other is ridden by Mrs Guzzirider.
