  1. What do you mean by too on the left ? They could not fit the brake plate ?
  2. For my 2006 guzzi project i will fit a set of magnesium but it will be a bike much more for the track than road.
  3. Not exactely It is what PVM call a 10 double spokes different from the 20 one's Only thing left of miss dayto
  4. and any info about the bike reliability ???
  5. A little late but the 10 double spokes pvm wheel
  6. The diablo strada is the new model of what was the Dragon GTS those are more touring than sport tires. Perfect to fit guzzi for a normal way of use because bikes are a little heavy. but for lighter bikes or sport rides you mut be carefull because it is not a sport tire , so longuest to be hot etc ...
  7. Perhaps what's happen to miss dayto ! But even without the front fork i want it back
  8. Nein Still nothing Don't understand how such bike could disapear

    Ducati 999 ergos?

Neinnn Absolutely nothing Don't understand how could disappear such bike
  10. I have bought some Michelin Pilot Power Race for the SuperTwin. I hope to take the bike back home in 2 weeks. I will tell you then how it is. I use the diablo corsa & super corsa (they are legal for road in France) before and was really really happy I will compare with the michelin as soon as possible.

    Ducati 999 ergos?

Did you bought this supertwin ???
  12. We can tell it is a non sense to fit radial calipers without a radial master cylinder. On missing Mss Dayto it was a Brembo BILLET 19/20 & this little expensive part have an incredible braking power changes. Even if i only made 35 km with it before disapearing
  13. Send me what you want to say and his email i will translate & contact him for you.
  14. We are the first april , that's it :!: Tell me that s it Enough sad news for the same week :!:

    ALARMMMMM

My quite special Guzzi Daytona RS has been stolen today. Licence plate was 733 CEW 38 registered in France For you what might be interesting is the serial number : ZGUKLA1KLVM111418 Special Parts : ohlins stuff all around , carbon daes mototec dashboard, k&n , Akrapovic Racing exhaust titanium, daes mototec handle bars, billet tripleclamp, radial parts ... I 'm desperate

    Argg

During diner time i was working on Miss Dayto ohlins fork Decided to move a little upper the triple clamp on the fork : quite normal Just started to tighten of ergal screws when of those decided to split in 2 parts Know i much find a way to remove the end of the screw from inside the low clamp :!: So must put down the fork etc ...
  18. i still have 2.5 cm of advance
  19. It is a good price for the supertwin with such few miles even if it is one of the really first produced : small airbox frame- black engine (we arealdy speak a lot about the painting problems) . But when you know new price if you have money just go (and with the actual poor $ conversion i think the new price should have rise a lot) In Europe between 17 & 19 000 EUR depending of the release (ohlins or not, folgore options) so if you count the $ conversion it is around 21500 & 23750 US $
  20. Do you know if they shortened the Centauro frame ? Perhaps later they will replace the guzzi swing arm by another beautifull part. It is too bad they didn't fit fork like ours so their bike could be still more closer of the original Corsa But great job anyway
  21. To me if you want to drive the SuperTwin this year just don' t think about the 4V engine. Sure you could found one or i could sell you one (i have now 3 spares daytona/centauro engine gearbox, injections ...) The problem is not there. As i already told here to fit a 4v engine in the supertwin you need : - cut the timing case to leave the frame enough place - find a way to put a tachometer system as you could not use the 2v system, the 4v engine will go so near of the frame that there is no place for the guzzi system. - find a way to change place were the battery is because with the 4v engine you must remove the battery from where it is ! - modified the fairing fixation system - modified the fairing itself - you must find a complete 4v wire loop with the injection system & computer (different from the supertwin one) - find a way to put the big Marelli computer on the bike this 2 points can be solved easely by using a Moto Spezial unit with a complete brand new wire loop so it cost a bunch. And so perhaps you could have the 4v engine in. You understand why i talked about more than Hundred hours of work :!: I think the better way to go is to use the 2V engine and to tuned it. First put the racing kit of SuperTwin (racing exhaust + ignition system) 7 HP more at the rear wheel. A belgium firend is really happy with the bike like this. And he ride with Duc's friend without problem. The SuperTwin have a really better motricty than a Guzzi could have, and a perfect balance of mass between front & rear. It change a lot of things reagerding a guzzi frame. You will perhaps be a little surprised by the gearbox which is quite harder than the V11 even if ghezzi work on the gearbox. Without the racing kit you will found the 5th to long like an overdrive for the highway. With the racing kit no problem. Then if you really want more send the bike to someone like Dynotec They could upgrade the engine from 1060 cc up to 1160 and then you will have around 20 mor HP. A big work will be needed on the injection system too. It cost a bunch but it could be done, and when sending bike to those kind of specialist don't be to hurry to have your bike back it often take several months ...
  22. i could tell it too. I got since 2 years on Miss Dayto & it is usefull. One : for waiting enough long before riding hard. two : when it is hot uring the summer. so now just to order
  23. Slurp As beautifull as Miss Dayto I think we are really going to enjoy those forks
  24. to be exact about the engine, the Dynotec official position about this is that ghezzi copy a part of his work as they ordered parts from Dynotec to build the Pro Thunder. As MGS is a derivation of the pro thunder etc ... I prefer to have the original So the last release of Dynotec engine is announced to 136 HP while MGS is announced to 122 HP, now what king of HP are we talking. At the crank at the gearbox, a the rearwheel or real HP traction power on the floor. Here for example a 999 R goes from 152 HP at the crank down to 133 HP at the rear wheel and 'only' 124 on real traction power (this one count the sticky power of the slick tyres)
  25. I think the location on the rosso corsa is a little better than yours AL. On the supertwin it is between rear frame & fairing so protected for the dust. On the daytona i have a rear hugger that protected the shock and the absorber from the dust too Are you sure than in such place with a sand bag on the rear seat it will not hurt the swing arm or the hugger ?
