  1. I'm not sure. I will find out
  2. I've got no paint marks on my driveshaft so when I had refitted it after I had swing arm out last year I aligned it as per diagram in workshop manual. I would post a picture but I'm at work and manual is at home
  3. I've got flywheel away being crack tested (thanks MartyNZ)
  4. Great to hear another RM owner's experiences. May I ask why did you install the new clutch plate?
  5. The $64m question is if flywheel is ok do I replace it anyway
  6. The shattered bearing in gearbox told us problem was defintley there. With gearbox out it made sense to check the clutch and flywheel for any wear

  13. I wasn't able to get clutch & flywheel out last night. Its to tight to remove by hand. Thinking I could use a 3 leg puller Thoughts?

  19. Thank for the Drawing Doc. So 10 is only the outer layer. The workshop manual mentions alignment marks to use when reassembling normal clutch/flywheel (Needed to ensure timing is correct?). Are there going to be the same for the RM clutch/flywheel? I will be watching out for them and taking plenty of photos
  20. Yes the toothed crown is what the starter motor acts on. I will check for cracks tonight
  21. Bolts on RM are an allen head type but yes they will need replacing
