  1. Hi, There is a YouTube video of a dude doing this, and although it is not the exact same fork, it is the same procedure. I thought it may be useful for someone who has neve done this, so here you go:

  5. ... took delivery of the Ballabio last Sat. the bike is amazing, and I can’t stop looking at it. I was telling my gf that if I was to compare its looks to the monster; monster is a nice shirt and pants with some cool Italian shoes and a watch, where as V11 is ... wearing an expensive Italian suit but a picture is worth 1000 words:
  6. I just talked with someone at hypermotoguzzi, and he told me about re-tightening the cylinders and heads to the block, since bike is so low mileage things can move around and loosen up. So, he quickly told me the procedure - remove the valve covers, and I kind of lost him here; he mentioned about bringing the stroke to top most position, retorqueing to 35 ft lbs, and readjusting valves. Can someone outline this procedure for me, since I have not done anything like this before? Maybe someone can suggest a manual that I can purchase? Thanks a lot. My apologies Of course its all right there in the FIRST FAQ Thanks Lex.
  7. hi all, i just took delivery of a 04 Ballabio last Saturday. the bike is awesome, in great condition with low mileage - 3.5k. but, today I noticed some oil on the left side of the engine block, right around the phase/revolutions sensor and the oil pressure sensor, and around the upper corner of the cylinder/block interface. now, can you tell me where is it most likely coming from? is it the oil pressure sensor? or the phase sensor. worst case would be the cylinder gasket, but is there a way to tell? the bike is so fresh that I dont want to believe its the cylinder gasket. Also, I removed and reinstalled the phase senor, but I am not sure if the rubber o-ring goes under or above the aluminum spacer on the phase sensor. I put the aluminium spacer onto the sensor first, then I the oring and bolted the sensor on again. I cleaned the the area to see is it still leaks. anyway, let me know if you have any ideas. Thanks, arek
  8. Thanks for the support I just bought it for 6k! But I have to wait till next week to get it. Before I had a Monster 900 and l liked it a lot, but sold it before moving to NYC a couple years back. Now in SoCal I wanted to rebuy the M900, but while looking for it I just fell for the V11. I was also considering the Griso, but there is just something about the V11 ... as you all might know. The bike has only 3k miles and the owner - the only owner - says he just has not ridden it much. Also there was nothing done on the bike, no recall work, nothing, just the 3k miles oil change. Is there anything I should be thinking about doing right off the bat mechanically? I did find so much info on the forum already, so thanks for that. Well, thanks again.
  9. Picture attahced I am soo stoked!
