  3. Hi Pilgrim according to my manual its 400cc per leg and 10w oil, I recently tried to find some upgrade for the fork springs, I find that there is too much dive as soon as the brakes are applied, and got in touch with Todd at Guzzitech who suggested using 12.5w oil in the compression leg. Having my forks serviced in the next few weeks so will try this. As for spares reboot, gutsibits, teolamers are all good

  6. thanks docc will try this out, might have to wait awhile looks like a storm's a brewing! Have been trying to check it in the stand with various methods straight edge and aerosol with straw just as a visual reference but there is no sign of warpage- I did email EBC and they have said that MD692C disc wavey will fit if anyones interested,
  7. docc pulsing can be felt when braking(noted on MOT), also the rear brake groans when wheeling the bike, like its rubbing in places, cleaned the caliper and bleed it, all seems good so just assumed it was the disc! don't have a gauge will use mk 1 eyeball and something to hold against the disc, what is this procedure you speak of?
  8. Hi All I'm about to order a new rear disc, the originals warped, which to go for EBC, Brembo? A wavey one would be nice but not listed for our bikes although they are for monster and other dukes anyone know if either would fit? thanks HAPPY CHRISTMAS

    tank bag

Greetings, I'm after a tank bag for long days out, dreaming of spring already! I've just received a sw motec bags connection day bag, Its going straight back tomorrow, I did'nt like the fitting system and the quality of the bag wasn't very good. In the past I have had a baglux, very good, but don't want to cover my lovely tanks! so anyone got a kriega or givi type bag? cheers and Happy Christmas

  21. fit is , to me, good enough, having ridden 120mls this week in terrible weather I can say that it works, the front of the engine and the alt. cover are not as caked in crap as before which in the long run can only be a good thing as for those pesky nut things I ended up using these, just cut them down a bit and replaced the bolts with some stainless from pro bolt http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/M4-Rubber-Nuts-Well-Nuts-Short-PACK-OF-10-/360745243056?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item53fe1791b0
