Don't know exact numbers, but you'll have a better chance of finding a Café Sport (as V11cafe said) , which is also exactly the same bike.

To be honest, me too. I love a good discussion, but 99% of the time it ends up in very unpleasant personal attacks. I've seen too many forums die due to lack of moderation. And don't forget a lot of members also left because of the endless bickering and name calling over here.

They're exactly the same bikes, apart from the paint job. So it's up to your likings, but my guess is that you'll find a Coppa more easily. The Scura R is very very rare.

Cast iron rotors are available. I've seen them on a German V11. Sadly I haven't got a clue on manufacturer. You could check also early Aprilia RSV replacements. They are the same. Or order some cheapo Chinese stuff, that'll probably rust
