  1. Business wise (I'm self employed) I had a really crappy 2nd and 3d quarter in 2020. But in October suddenly (new) clients began to call. Everything's going well! Next week I will receive the keys to my new home. After 4 years in a small apartment, my GF and I decide to finally stop with the LAT and move in together. We bought a nice roomy house (with a garage! ) and we hope to grow old together there. As for Covid: we had an 'intelligent lockdown' last year and in the summer after the first wave everything loosened up a bit. But when the second wave came our government decided we had to be at home at 9.00 PM until 4.30 AM. This is still the case. To be honest, apart from closed shops, bars and restaurants an doing the online meetings, my life wasn't very different. We we're allowed to get out on our bike. That made up for all the other stuff.
  2. Same here. Left side of tires always wear down faster. Has to do with riding on the right side, but I also enjoy left-handers much more.
  3. My guess is you're too late already...
  4. The professor on the drumkit. Can't believe he passed a year ago already.
  5. My guess is even Moto Guzzi itself doesn't know!
  6. Docc, once again you have proved your indispensability to this forum!
  7. It's a complete kit, made by Ghezzi-Brian in Italy. I read today the company is for sale
  8. Actually, she was the girl next door!
  9. The current owner changed the paint job radically...

    It's made by Ghezzi & Brian: http://www.ghezzi-brian.com/
  11. A reputable BMW dealer (for almost 50 years!) in my neck of the woods also is dealer for the 4 Japanese brands (and ZERO electric bikes) BMW forced them to build a mega showroom or at least use the full front shop window for their bikes only. They refused and decided to quit BMW. They still sell them though, and the workshop still has two BMW specialists. They just made a deal with the next BMW dealer. Their new wharehouse staff though... I once asked for a M8 x 40 hex bolt. Their reply: 'What bike and year?'
  12. It's been a while, but I remember vividly that the bike almost didn't steer when you tighten it too fast. I decided to take it off completely after that. Put it back on when I changed it to the Ghezzi & Brian version V11.
  13. I've tried fastening it. Let's just say it wasn't one of my better judgement calls
  14. That's so cool! Any ideas for a paint scheme or is it going to stay aluminium? I would love to see it in Azzuri blue!
  15. I remember mine was the same from new. You could take it off to check for wear
  16. Famous MG dealer TLM goes Triumph. Hopefully they will keep the typical MG charm they have established over the last 40 (!) years. ============================== !!BIG NEWS!! TLM will become, next to Moto Guzzi, Triumph dealer under the name Triumph Nijmegen. The showroom is currently being converted into a Triumph World Black Store to be able to open its doors as Triumph Nijmegen, date: January the 1st. For updates and events keep an eye on our socials. ( Instagram/ facebook) For Triumph we have set up a new facebook: @TriumphNijmegen if you want to stay up to date with everything concerning TLM and Triumph, make sure you follow @TriumphNijmegen
  17. Using only the image-URL w/o extra code will work:
  18. I once heard a 1200S with the double exhaust. Not funny anymore.

    New Tenni

Great to see you still own the Tenni! Looks great.
  21. There are different forums for those kind of pictures, but I'm sure you know that already.
  22. It's fairly easy for me to reproduce this lettering and upload the vector file in the Fileshare section. If a RM owner can send me a sharp picture, I'll make the file which you can take to the sign maker of your choice.
  23. I have a feeling this is the owner or an employee of CitizenShipper... he used a disposable email address to sign up. But hey, if you are looking for a bike shipper, maybe this is an option.
