Although they're definetly not my kind of bikes, I know a few Harley riders that are not into the pseudo outlaw biker thing and they enjoy their HDs and do long tours, not from gelati shop to coffee bar and back. What I'm trying to say: to each their own (but don't get me wrong either... I don't have anything against a good Harley bashing now and then )

I stand corrected! WRT the bleaching... it's not that hard to take them off and have them repainted in the color you like. Look at it as an opportunity!
