Is that a V85 LeMans? Is that for real?
[edit: I can't copy and paste that picture or find it on the web.]
If it is, it would be the first time in years that I was interested in what is in the works..
Just got back from the Ohio rally with the AeroLario and another oldest rider award. Better get the Mighty Scura out today and make sure she's ready to go. Dorcia and I will be down Thursday afternoon with any luck at all. See youall there..
I don't know Chuck, I don't know who "Rocket" is...Could be, I reckon. Out of respect for his privacy I'll leave it up to him to chime in if he wishes. I CAN tell you the bike has been owned by engineers exclusively though.

You don't have to be an engineer to appreciate Guzzis.
But it helps.
Fun stuff. I see I have plenty of places to ride for no reason..
I've hunted down Muffler men

all over the country. There are several in central Indiana.
Thanks, but no. Far from it. I'm just a hobbyist. Real Guzzi guys like Pete, Charlie, Steve.. Oh, I quit. Don't want to leave anyone out... work with Guzzis every day. I just play. I *have* played with several, though.
FWIW.. back in another lifetime, when I was an engineering modelmaker.. I used to make test fixtures for the "salt water spray test." 40 hours of high pressure salt water blown from various directions. I've not seen a Guzzi harness that would pass that one. Certainly not a wrapped in electrical tape one, much less a Molex connector.
Hi, Paul.. yes, that is the OEM rack. No problemo with the 24 pack and Rokstraps. Rokstraps rock!
The Cad/Cam class made my brain hurt.. but I guess old people need to do that kind of stuff. At any rate, Austin and I came back and started running parts two days later. Austin has the Guzzi hots, btw..he has already seen the one true faith.
