  1. Hi Weegie i find the 9t easier to live with because of the low down weight and seat height even though its the same weight as the v11
  2. All comments expected and I would keep the Ballabio if I could as it’s probably the best one I’ve owned, I’ve replaced lots of selector springs and single plate clutches for myself and others over the years so it’s time to enjoy riding more, the guys who know me in the uk are still welcome to call in and talk bollocks and drink tea
  3. Think I’m way short of a world record it’s only averaging 1 per year, I’ve enjoyed riding and restoring them and been across Europe on them but it’s time to move on and I’m really enjoying the ninet
  4. after owning and touring on over 15 V11s I’m having a change to a newer motorcycle and it’s a BMW, my last V11 is up for sale in the UK proving just as difficult to sell as all the others, I still have a few bits and pieces if anyone is looking for something, this site has been useful over the years and I’ve got to know a few of the inmates here in the UK, you meet the nicest people on a Guzzi

  9. The LED headlamp is a complete unit with the same dimensions as stock so it was plug and play
  10. We seem to have the same affliction I bought a 1700 vmax when they came out in 09 and bought a new v85 2 years ago but didn’t get on with it, did one European trip on it and found it top heavy, being 68 and 5’8 didn’t help , loved the vmax but not the 80 miles tank range
  11. I’ve bought and sold about 15 over the years and they are never easy to sell in the UK , just bought a 2021 BMW R nine T and loving it, asking £4K for the Guzzi
  12. Thanks, the Ballabio also has cf side panels from a cafe sport, ghezzi Brian rear hugger and belly pan and Mistral high level cans, all expensive and difficult parts to find these days
  13. I have a cf front mudguard on my Ballabio it was new old stock for a rosso Mandello, the only model with marzocchi forks with a cf mudguard, the bike is for sale if you want the mudguard but you’ll have to buy the bike
  14. Still for sale,
  15. I think Bill needs another Billybob
