  1. Not sure where you are in the UK but if you want to bring the bike to me I will run through the valves and the TPS with you
  2. Probably easier to remove the swingarm

    V11 wanted UK

Looking for a V11 for a cafe racer project in the UK
  4. Not even close, the 1100 Breva is a Carc transmission
  5. I've never been able to grease the front joint without removing the swingarm which is easy once the wheel is out
  6. Just thought I would say hello Yam, where do you live I'm in Malvern, Steve
  7. You should be ok because as you say the early clipons fit below the top yoke but then rise up to about the same position as the later ones
  8. Here you go, they are a graphite material, http://www.wemoto.com/parts/exhaust_gaskets_and_seals/page1_200/
  9. I think that the pipes will fit at the heads but after that its all different, you will need the 1100 sport crossover or balance box and the silencers, not sure if the rear hangers are in the same place, then you won't have a hole for your exhaust sensor, so its not really an option, in the UK I can get the exhaust gaskets from a factor if I know the dimensions, they are universal fit parts, I was able to get some for my 1200 Sport for much less cost than Guzzi gaskets
  10. I have a 2014 1200 Sport Corsa and I'm taking it to Spain and Portugal tomorrow for 10 days, yes it is an 8v but has been converted to roller tappets, it's a comfy bike for me age 60 and it will love the mountain roads, I've never ridden a Norge but I would think it would be more top heavy with all that extra plastic but much better wind protection, it's the same bike underneath so take your pick
  11. Ventura rack system works well on the V11
  12. Bad luck Stew, did you get their details to make an insurance claim or was it a hit and run?
  13. Stew, the thermistor completes the earthing of the bulb so you will need a 12v feed to one side of the bulb and the other side of the bulb to the thermistor wire that is not earthed, ignore me if you have already tried this
  14. I assume you have a clutch compressor tool
  15. Martin, I did have the same problem with a V11 a few years ago, I think the gear lever occasionally used to stay in the down position until I released the clutch then it returned to where it should be, never did anything about it so can't help with a fix but it is a known fault
  16. Just listed on Ebay UK, if anyone is looking 07976849955
  17. HB1, I fitted them above the top yoke but you need to raise the tubes up as the Apex clamps are deeper than the stock ones, I also fitted the clamps facing back so the bars were closer to me, you may need to grind a bit of alloy off the top yoke casting as the riser may not pass down the side of it, the stock pipes will reach but you will need a longer brake pipe to raise them to the top http://www.v11lemans.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=18620&hl=apex here's a link to my original photos
  18. Mark, just had the same thing happened to my old Greenie, the oil was everywhere, turned out to be the big breather hose that goes from the top of the crankcase to the spine frame at the steering head, it had split at the top end, £11 from Gutsibits.
  19. I had Apex adjustable clipons on my V11 Le Mans so I know they work with the fairing and you can move them higher or lower, I ordered them from the USA from their website, order 54mm clamps
  20. Hello Bryan the Nero is looking good hope you are loving it, I just picked up this nice Greenie, 13k miles and never seen rain
