Having never done a guzzi or dry clutch for that matter. If you're happy with your clutch/flywheel twin plate setup, don't you just have to replace friction plates and possibly springs?
Sorry if I'm off topic...
Black plug wires. Scura approved.

30 in. available too.
I'll tell you a story...
There was a "neighborhood garage sale" - when everyone's supposed to get coordinated and sell stuff on the same day. My wife and I threw some crap in the driveway to try to participate and I was tinkering in the garage with the door open. A guy walks past all the driveway crap... comes right up to me and asks: "Do you have any tools for sale?" I said: "The tools will be at the estate sale when I'm dead."
Ha! a guy can try though right...
That is gorgeous! Ok so after I win the lottery the question becomes Ipothesys or millepercento? http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-ZfTOu-vTHLU/VKXcfp3Q_xI/AAAAAAAAGz8/3HJXnw-HMxA/s1600/MPC%2BOfficine%2BRossopuro%2BScighera%2BMoto%2BGuzzi.jpg
03 is going to be the better buy. 02 had the bubbly engine paint etc. The only bad part about the 03 and on seems to be the even less reliable gauges. The white faced Veglias were slightly more reliable I think.
That being said I don't think $4600 is a killer deal.
Awaiting my 4th(?) set of regular Angel GTs. Love em. I get about 5-6k miles of sporty riding. That's lots of 2nd and 3rd gear roll ons. Riding through boring FL I got around 7k-8k even with a steadier throttle hand.
Only a couple things better than new tires.... Probably one thing actually.
I believe the "gold" is more of a lubricant. I know it is thin but I wouldn't expect it to penetrate a pot. Not gonna hurt either. I would first hit the pots (with the contacts exposed aka the back side) with a contact cleaner then a dab'll do ya with the "gold". Not an expert by any means but I have a little experience with potentiometers.
Probably de-oxit is more well known in the audiophile circles then the gnarly, greasy, thoroughbred Italian two wheeled tamer circles.... Yer probably good.
After years of using the crimping jaws on my wire strippers, I finally bought an actual crimper. Huge difference! It's not even the fancy ratcheting type.
5'11" with a 32" inseam. Fits me like a glove. The guy I bought my Lemans from was quite tall (6'5" or so) never saw him ride it but I imagine it fit him. Swing a leg over and see.
