    @Scud, I always thought if a guy could put a higher psi sending unit for the oil. I believe stock is 5-8 psi. Of course it might flicker at idle if it was much higher than 10. That way you wouldn't have to add a gauge and all that. Personally I like the simplicity of the v11 dash.

    I like the idea, then onto the horns. As far as tank plumbing goes I think the best bet is to look for a late "in tank fuel pump/tank" on ebay.

    You have to be close to 100k miles?... What does a guy keep in his "V11 rescue cabinet" anyway? I know after roughly 20k miles my rescue cabinet has gotten near respectable.

    Tighten to spec, force the fork up and down to let it settle into natural position then tighten pinch bolts. Are the bearings flush?
