Did Guzzi copy this color combo for the 02 lemans'? Pretty gnarly bike btw!

I've never had an issue installing the front wheel bearings. Never done the swing arm bearings though.

The carbon fiber exhausts just have a "carbon wrap" exact same as the stock aluminum. Doesn't effect fueling at all. My bike ran better with my std exhaust and the std map.

The Guzzidiag tutorial has been on my to do list for a while. Although it seems like most folks have issue with getting the proper cable(s). Something I have almost no knowledge in, as its been a couple years since I got mine and happened to get the correct cable from eBay on my first attempt.

I've never seen any sign of it on my 02.

Mine is the direct replace kind.

sp, did you "upgrade" to Electrosport? Come to think of it I also have a much quicker parasitic draw with my new Electrosport r/r.

I have since replaced the timing cover and tapped the hole the main bolt goes through, added a longer bolt. Also the steel bracket is super flimsy mine is bent and the 5mm bolts that go through the upper sump will rip out too. I currently have to carry around a little chunk of wood to put under my stand because it's so f-ed up... But I have all the parts to replace it and will do it this winter (soon). Also that big shoulder bolt is tapped into that steel bracket. Snug it up every so often along with the nut behind it.... Think I've had every issue known to man with this, as once said "Rube Goldberg" side-stand. Like Jake Lamotta though I never went down... Okay once I did...

@Craig, I usually tip my spindle at the precise angle that the top disc needs to end up on the right part of the sump then lift her up by the forks.

If you do adjust the adjuster screw that Guzzimoto mentions I suggest making very small adjustments. Don't ask me how I know....

I thought I read somewhere that there's an x-Ray process that can tell you if your aluminum flywheel has micro cracks or not. Guzziology maybe? True though you mostly hear about Scuristi grenading there flywheel.

I think Roys idea is that if you're having intermittent power to the ECU etc. that you should see it real time. Maybe you hit a bump and momentarily lost power due to a bad connection. Would do you no good sitting still in the garage with it running. Maybe coil up some wire under the seat with LED ready to be implanted in helmet or taped to dash if you experience problems... It has to be seen for momentary power loss basically. Not sure if that was the question or not....
