thanks, I'll pass that on. I've only seen the bike parked in his repair lot, have never touched it. He asked me if I had a shop manual for the Greenie, gave him This Old Tractor website, and thought I'd get some advice from the board.
my local bike mechanic is working on a red frame V11 (not mine) that suffers from intermittent fuel pump failure. I told him I would query the Guzzi community for any common occurrences.
I told him relays were a common electrical glitch.
I'll pass on any suggestions.
thanks
YMMV
Your Mileage Might Vary
I need a new rear. That Qualifier is down to the wear bars. Planning to ride to Austin TX and Jasper Ark in a 3 weeks, it'll have to be replaced before I travel. The front Angel looks good. Think I'll get an Angel.
The tire didn't last through an oil change. I'd guess I put 3500 miles on it.
I made the 55 degree gizmo that was on the first page of the greasing the u joint thread, and it worked fine on Rosie and the Scura. So, I confidently was going to show my kid how to do it on his 00 Greenie. Couldn't do it. There's something different...
so what do I need to do ?

$235 for 3 3/8 size GPS unit. Get white face day/night and Century Script & it's dang close to the white face Veglia.
Will 3 3/8 fit the dash mount and install with the Veglia cup?
sorry we never got to ride. or didn't see you at any of the Okla Guzzi Chowdowns or BLHOT dinners.
nice looking machine & trailer
if you keep it, I'm in Edmond
well everyone needs compression dampening, sometimes the jolts are little stiff for bumpy roads around here but the control is good with little brake dive. all in all not a bad compromise.
what is the big complaint? does someone have Ohlins envy?
I like the handling & ride.
BTw- the Ohlins aren't top line Ohlins either. You can always go for more and more. Or perhaps gut it all but the springs and weld a shock to the fork ala Dr John. That would be cool.
